They have taken good care of my 2013 Explorer for the last four years.
Friendly, helpful and competent service
I didn't buy my car there, but I will certainly consider it when the time comes. Very pleased with service.
Tyler Sly is doing a great job of running the service center at Turnpike Ford! He gave me an accurate and detailed idea of the diagnostic process for my F150, then an accurate and detailed estimate for repair, and a close timeframe for when it would be finished. It only took a little longer because they had to order a new seat belt buckle, and they thought it would take longer to come in, and they didn't schedule the installation for this time. BUT, it came in more quickly than they expected, and they went ahead and installed it before they let the truck leave. This put me about three hours over on the car I had rented from Enterprise, and I thought I would get charged for an extra day, but Tyler called them, and they forgave the extra hours and didn't charge me for them! The price was very reasonable for the work, and they have a "same as cash" payment plan. And, no, I'm not connected to Ford in any way except as a customer! LOL Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely put ANYTHING online, but I am VERY IMPRESSED with Turnpike Ford Service. They are doing everything right!
They forgot my car was there had to remind them and then he said oh I will take it in the bay, total of 3 hrs and thirty minutes, wow, don't mind paying but they knew that was too long,
Turnpike is turning around for the better, with the help of Chris Adkins, and his team good things are happening there
Service was great. Finished quickly.
I have a 2013 Ford Focus that's a lemon. during my last visit I was treated very rudely by the service manager when a piece fell off my car a week after being serviced for the sixth issue with my transmission. I was actually talked to in a very degrading manner.
Body shop review. Was involved in a wreck and my insurance company had their body shop as their preferred shop. From initial estimate to "completion" the price doubled. They had the truck for 11 weeks. When I picked the truck up, it was obvious letting them attempt the repair was a colossal mistake. I took the truck to another body shop and was told it was the worst repair job they had seen in their 20 year career. In addition to the cosmetic issues that I found, the new body shop found that my engine was touching the firewall. Do not let them work on your vehicle.
I stopped into the dealership with XPlan and preapproved cred from Ford. I wasn't trading in a car, so the deal would've been straight forward. However, the payment went on a roller coaster ride from well below my limit, to above my limit, and then back down to my payment limit. So, I went to another dealership with the same XPlan and credit from Ford. The other dealership was transparent in the deal. When I notified the salesman at Turnpike that I would not be taking the car from his dealership, I received two e-mails. One telling me that I should have asked for the deal that the other dealership gave me. As if it was my fault that his dealership didn't offer the deal. The second e-mail used my mother and sister against me, the time he spent on the deal, and that I broke some kind of trust barrier by shopping at another facility. I won't be shopping there anymore. Nor will my family.
