We have been a customer of Turner Tire since moving to Cleveland, GA. They take care of all of our vehicles. They handle everything from tires to belts. They saved us over $2,000.00 from a dealer quote to fix an issue. Justin and his team of incredible mechanics are always ready to handle any issue from a tire with a leak to any major mechanical issue. They are honest when analyzing the true issue and provide you with the what must be done as well as what upcoming service is needed. I always feel as though we are treated like family. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and are happy to recommend them to you!

Great customer service! I was looking for a set of four new tires without breaking the bank. I called to get quotes from tire places in Gainesville, Dawsonville and Cumming. These guys gave me the best price. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and back on the road quickly.

It's family owned & operated they give great service here you bring them something and they get on it just as fast as I can turning brake rotors is not a fast job but they do it within an hour and a half cuz they make that machine turn the tires are reasonably priced here my dad just bought four brand new tires 80000 mile warranty on them and they do free tire rotations and wheel balancing when you buy your tires here as long as you own the car

My wife and I were from out of town (Orlando) we had a tire blowout on the highway coming into Georgia. Not familiar with the area we called around to a few places looking for a used tire to get us back on the road as we had a tight budget. No where had the tire we were looking for. However the nice folks at turner tire said come on down an they would see what they could do to get us back on the road. 20 minutes after showing up there they had found us a good replacement tire and got to work. While they worked my daughter played around in the waiting area and my wife and I had a lovely conversation with the staff and others. We were out the door back on the road in a half hour. Very kind, very courteous staff, great prices, and good work. What more could you ask for from ANY business. I recommend them highly.

Great service . Stopped in just to get some prices. They had what I needed in stock and at a great price. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Not bad for no appointment at a super busy shop. They will get my business again.

Great staff and very friendly and helpful and great prices. My only complaint is lack of double checking of work after finishing job. Had my leaf springs replaced and that was fine. They neglected reattaching a vital bracket that held the emergency brake cable. Kind of dangerous not having this feature working. This bracket shared the same mounting bolt as the leaf spring. Needless to say I called and brought the vehicle back and the problem was resolved. This isn't the only issue. My vehicles in the past visits have come out of the service with greasy hand prints on the hood and dash and few repairs ended up unresolved with climate control system. I had stopped coming for almost 2 years but felt as though I should give them a second chance as years back they were always reliable. I am not looking to make issues with the business but I hope that this commentary acts as a base for corrective action.

I have found my forever automotive shop. Some of the nicest folks I've met and Alissa (sp?) made me feel like I've been part of the family for years. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it in an hour and a half. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Called for a used tire for the front of my Mustang once, they said they had one and would do 35 bucks on it, mounted and balanced. We get up there and its covered in dried mud and looks to have about 20% tread left on it, if that. I asked about another tire they had that was in better shape and looks exactly like the one that was described on the phone. I was told that tire was being saved to sell as a "set" even though there were only 3 tires sitting in that stack. I ended up going to Walmart and getting a brand new tire for a bit more, but I had my peace of mind about it at least. I'd do business with these old boys for mechanical/suspension needs but not on tires.
