I arrived to Traffic Jams on a Saturday, I ask could they repair a bad install that was preformed on my car, the owner finally came out and looked at it after I waited 45 minutes, he said it would have to be completely done over I said Ok no problem, he said it would be $500 to $550 which was not a problem, the whole time he was looking at my car he was Doug other things, so I never really had his full attention, I ask him are we clear on everything he said yes bring your car Monday and we'll have it back to you Monday afternoon, I said Ok.
I took my car to Traffic Jams on Monday and dropped it off, to make a long story longer, I didn't get my car back until Friday, and that's because I called everyday asking what's the problem, why is my car not done. I called Friday and the car still wasn't ready, I was told by the manager the car would be done by closing time, so when it got close to closing time I started calling no one would answer the phone, so I got in my car and drove up there, the manager was making a million excuses why the car wasn't ready, and I told him I want my car now, they bring the car around and the stereo worked for and immediately cut off, the techs came around to the front of the building trying to work on the car and finally said I don't know what's wrong, and ask me could I bring it back Monday, I asked the manager what's the deal, he told me the owner overbooked the jobs and the staff is overwhelmed, I told him I didn't appreciate a rush job on my car, he made a suggestion about a modern radio that they could mount in the glove compartment and it would be better and work with no problems, I said ok I'll be back Monday, he asked could I pay for the work they did, and I said no it's not working and I'm not leaving my car over the weekend, he said ok just come back Monday.
I went back to the shop on Monday, myself and the manager picked out a newer style radio while again waiting for the owner to come and speak with me. The owner finally came out, I noticed he seemed a bit frustrated, I shook his hand, and explained what happen, he got upset that I said it was a rush Job, I told him it was a rush Job and your employees said it was a rush job as well, the manager spoke up and the owner told him to shut the hell up right in front of me, I told him that wasn't appropriate, he looked at me and told me I don't want to work on the car, I told him I just picked out a radio and for this install and your telling me your not going to do it, he said no, the manager again tried to explain and again the owner cut him off, the manager said he's right though we didn't do a good job, the owner again told him to shut up.
Be careful dealing with this shop, the owner has a very bad attitude and no customer service skills.

BEWARE . I stopped in to get prices of install of my car audio equipment and the guy asked if i had radio controls on the steering wheel. i said no.
he tells me i have to buy a module thats over 100.00$ .plus to install radio is 200.00$ . after talking to dealership about module. they said i dont need the module because my car dont have radio controls on steering wheel and the radio only takes 30 min to install aftermarket navigation system on that car. anyways traffic jams gave me an estimate of over 800.00 to install everything.. got it done by recommendation from dealership for 300.00 . SO BEWARE.

I had a simple radio installed and it wasn't anything special about the work done. It was professional and fair pricing. 5 stars? Customer service!!! Jameel needs to close this shop and start a customer service consulting business!! While I was waiting, I quietly watched and listened to this guy interact with his customers. Amazed! He genuinely cares about his customers every need, and it's not synthetic concern either. Organic as can be! Thanks, if I need so much as air in my tire I'm bringing it to you guys.

Brought my 2004 Tundra to them to have the interior speakers replaced and a complete re-wire. Decided to amplify them as well, awesome job done and was so pleased i brought back to try and have a 10" sub put in it to. Unfortunately a 10 wouldnt fit anywhere in my truck that i wished, but they said they could do 3 6's under the back seat in a custom box i was a little concerned on how it would sound but they assured me i would be happy let me tell you these 3 little 6 JL w3s bang great job! Thanks Jameel and team couldnt be happier!

Took my Nismo 370Z in to upgrade my sound system. These guys do very good, quality work. Not many shops I take my car to now and days, but Traffic Jams is not one of them. Great customer service as well. I would recommend them to a friend.

THE RADIO BROKE DOWN DUE TO WRONG INSTALLATION PROCEDURES.
IT WAS IN THERE CROOKED AND IT DESTROYED THE ENTIRE TOUCH SCREEN WITH TILTING.

UPDATE

I leave the above negative review intact so you understand what happened. They called me not even 1 day after i re-posted the review, i will not make this to long but it's been 2 years since the above occurred. So the took the radio out, and replaced it with a brand new one, they had lots of issues with the maestro module (burned one up even) but they managed to fix all of that!

All i can say is, they did hell of lot more than i expected to keep me as a customer. They did us a solid one, by replacing whatever was needed to be replaced and no charge. They also had to spend close to 4 hours as all kinds of problems occurred with the replacement of the old Kenwood. But they did it, it's all fixed working great and theirs no doubt in my mind i will be back over there soon to get some more work done.

Great place to do business. Mike Hall and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nice to have a place so close by that handles such a wide variety of automotive services.
