Awful. I should have read the reviews. I sat in a cold pedicure bath while two ladies rushed to do everyone at once. Everyone in there looked like they wish they didn't come in! Place was dirty, I didn't even let them finish, I was scared they were going to give my two nail an Infecrion. One star is too much

They gave terrible service, the lady I had was in such a rush. She kept yelling at me and pushing my hand away in a ruff manor every time she wanted my other hand. My nails have gel acrylics and the gel is chipping off a couple days later.

I would give them no stars. I ran in here on a whim to get my gel powder nails taken off, something I've had done many times at other nail salons. The lady literally pulled a bowl out from under the sink, filled it with acetone and pushed my fingers in. I should have left at that moment. They only had two people working, and both of them were going in between people there getting manicures or pedicures. While I was there they had somebody sit for almost 45 minutes at the pedicure bath, turning the water off and on randomly and then walking away. Finally those people just got up and left. The woman doing my nails was also in the middle of doing someone else's nails, she would pull my nails out and use the buffer and she was rushing and she went to deep a few times. After an hour I said that was enough I had to go. She charged me $12 for a crappy job. I've never had this take more than 30 minutes and cost me more than $5 or $10… Plus as she was working on the other woman she was pulling dirty tools out of her desk drawer. I would avoid this place.

Have had great pedicures from them and they wax my brows all same appointment. The staff give the longest & most relaxing pedis. I have seen them very busy and that may come off as dismissive but it's perhaps just a lot of people at once. Judy takes good care of me. Want to post pictures of my beautiful toes that Judy did special at my request. Can't find an attachment link 😐

Simply awful and dirty. Avoid. Waited too long for a cold pedicure. Was ignored half the time. Waste of money

Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. When we got there I asked for a pedicure and a gel fill. The lady asks me if I want a luxury pedicure for only 5 more so im like ehh why not. I was put right in a chair to only wait 45 Minutes (probably longer) with my feet soaking in burning hot water. I get the pedicure done after forever and they dont even paint my nails in the chair they move me to where I get my nails done and bring a step stool for me to prop my feet up on for them to paint. Then after telling them 3 times Its a gel fill she still tries to put acrylic powder on them. I finally get the gel and it gets worse from there. I asked for them trimed and reshaped (almond) and this is what i get. So i told her to stop that i would go somewhere else and she got really nasty and threw the file at me.

On top of all that, they try to work on like 3 people at a time. The last had the nerve to beg me to come back.

My experience was horrible the massage chair didn't work and I sat in the chair for 45 minutes with a massage ball jabbing my back before they actually started then it was a 10 min pedicure which was suppose to be there luxury spa pedicure definitely not worth the money and the they have me get up and sit in there manicure chairs to paint my toes which made no sense. I will never be coming back I showed up at 440 and left at 630 and I will never recommend this place to any one

Worse place to go in my opinion. The lady broke my nails off with tweezers making my nails bleed. Then when she put the acrylic on I asked if she could smooth it down because it was so bumpy and uneven, she didn't do anything about it and continued doing whatever. By the time I was done I had acrylic on my fingers and bleeding and horrible looking nails. Then the best part is that when she charged me 20 and I tried to bring the price down some she started screaming at me how I'm the problem when she was the one that messed up everything! She grabbed the card out my hand and charged me 15. Literally the worse nail place I've ever been to I'll never return to tulips again.

The tulip nail salon was good the first time around but the second time was painful and I got a toe infection. The servece has gone down and the people barely speak to you. Also they are hard to understand. I will not go there ever again beacause was so painful but if you do BEWARE!
