I have been using TUFESA for years and always very satisfied with my visits, I can trust all the drivers, I am very satisfied with customer service, buses are very clean all the time, always covering my needs, I can't change TUFESA for no other one!!

Buses are nicer, cleaner & way more comfortable than greyhound, there's really no comparison between the 2 bus lines. People are always nice & I've never had a problem with getting through on the phone. My only complaint is that there aren't more Tufesa bus stations/stops in the valley.

Pleasantly surprised with the service. Buses used to be hell on wheel not so much anymore. Comfortable seats. Clear directions and instructions on what is going to happen and what should be expected.
Wishing they expand their VIP frequency.
Excellent price value and convenience to travel into Mexico from Phoenix.

This is a bus line that goes as far as Guadalajara Mexico. Very modern coaches that have reclining seats and some of the bus models have lazyboy type seats. All coaches have movies to help pass the time. And lastly they serve free bag lunches.

Amazing buses very comfortable, the one I was on the "executive" my seat turned into a bed. I wish this bus went everywhere in the states and the price is good.

Employees need better training from management, management needs to reinforce their protocols. Coming back from a trip to Los Angeles they had stopped at Indio for a brake, when it was time to get back on the road the driver didn't take a head count of everyone on the bus and left my mom, my little brother, and another passenger at the rest stop, driver turned back once they called but tried to blame them for not getting on unfortunately two days ago my 17 year old brother went on a trip to Los Angeles this time the mistake was made here in Phoenix, the lady was in training I assumed because she was pretty slow on the desk, management did not enforce their protocol because she never asked him for ID nor any other identification she failed to mention he needed a notarized letter to travel, which we didn't know as well at the time, either way he left, then when he was getting ready to return the Tufesa in L.A. didn't allow him to travel because of the letter he didn't have then they proceeded to accuse him of sneaking in on the bus, that they couldn't do anything that was Phoenix Tufesa's problem, we called Phoenix Tufesa and they told us nothing could be done even after explaining that no one had informed us about to notarized letter after a hour of trying to explain the situation to the manager we decided to drop it and I picked him up, never again will we travel with them

I. Have traveled with Tufesa maybe 8 trips this past year. Always clean,friendly, affordable.. movies on screens while riding ( Spanish subtitles ) .. coach seats .. even in Los Angeles where I change or depart from they are just as nice, helpful..
I like traveling with Tufesa more than any other bus lines.💙

This bus is reliable, reliably late. I have on multiple occasions missed my travel connections. I will never use this bus service again. If you don't mind being late and treated like crap then go ahead this is your company. Just don't expect them to do anything to help you out.

For the most part this is a really pleasant commute experience. Tufesa is typically clean, the crazies are kept at a distance (though Jesus freaks may be in front of the station sometimes). You can drink and chill out while you ride, what's better? I guess my only complaint is I wish it was cheaper. But this is the 21 century and that ain't happening! Thanks Tufesa, I'll be back!

Great experience, great trip!!! Took the Executive Bus #263, drivers were awesome, the seats were comfortable with leg rests. 1 seat plus 2 seat across aconfiguration, lots of leg room. You get your own TV screen and new headphones in a bag with snack and drink when you first get on. Hot water and coffee are available in the back. Men and Ladies bathroom was always clean and never smelled, bus and bathrooms were cleaned at every stop (5 stops from Guadalajara ti Phoenix), but it did not have soap or hand towels, (I always bring my own any way) but they really should provide that.! I will definitely use Tufesa again! I've used TAP and Omnibus from Nogales into Mexico and this by far has been a better experience for not much more than than the cost of the others. I do suggest packing a lunch for long trips, stops are few and short and not much to eat is available!

I've been using tufesa transportation for 12 years now ever since I was a kid. They have the best service and rates they offer student and senior rates. It is very comfy and clean. It is way better than the Greyhound. I always feel safe when riding with Tufesa it is the best bus transportation in the city!
