  I absolutely adore this place and the people who work there! I recently had a scare (I thought my dog had been electrocuted, long story, maybe for another time), anyhow I called ahead of time as my roommate drove us there, they gathered the necessary information and met me at the door with the gurney! Fortunately for me my dog didn't need the gurney and was able to walk in which was a blessing because obviously if you're electrocuted you may suffer neurological damage! So I get in there and they offer me water and place me in a room and assure me that they're going to take the best care of him. Which I absolutely believe because they saved my other another dog before from a different. So a short time later the vet walks into the room, she sits down and tells me that he is stable and his vutals are good but that burning smell we smelled was because he'd gotten skunked! That's right folks, a skunk got him! The relief I felt was unmeasurable. As a credit to this place, they were fast, efficient, comforting, and ready to do what was necessary to save my dog son! I'm so glad to have them here in Petaluma! Thank you True Vet!!!

  The care we received here today was top notch!! Every staff member was so kind and caring, they made it feel like my pup and I were family. From beginning to end it all went so seamlessly and I knew my girl was in great hands!!

  The service received was excellent. We had a two week old kitten which needed to be checked out. They handled with lots of care and explained everything. Vet tech Lydia went above and beyond to explain and help guide us for the best possible care. We would recommend Truvet to anyone.

  Flawless. When I tell you my experience here was FLAWLESS? From immediately being greeted warmly by attentive front desk staff - to confident but kind Vet Tech's to the patient Vet herself. Everyone we met was warm, compassionate, efficient and communicated clearly at every step. My cousin is a Vet my Dad was an ER doc and I know how much pressure these teams are on to care for our babies in critical moments.
  
  My 2 1/2 year old dog was near passing out, barely standing, not eating or drinking when we arrived one morning at 8:45 am - they saw her promptly, advising me that she had an infection and they would be inserting a drain, etc. We got her meds and got home in under an hour, truly amazing experience!
  
  I really appreciate how steady and professional they were without being dismissive or short with me. Whenever my dog gets injured I turn into a big bowl of jelly and they felt like the rock I could lean on in a tough moment.
  
  Shout out to Cristina, who is one of our favorite animal care people ever, so happy she has joined the team there!
  
  Thank you to the TruVet staff for your kindness and going above and beyond for my Khaya the Shark!

  From the receptionist, front desk, and vet techs to the vet himself, we had a really good experience. They were efficient, thorough, professional and caring. I appreciated the veterinarian who came out to discuss options and pros/cons, while showing compassion for our family pet (a dog) with several open, systemic wounds. Release after surgery was smooth and they were there (via phone) for us when we had questions that evening.
  
  Follow up on bloodwork and later pathology were both concise and timely (delivered via email). Pricing was reasonable as well.
  
  When you’re already stressed in an emergency situation, it is so calming to feel like you’re working with professionals who know what they’re doing and are working in your and your pet’s best interest. That was our experience with TruVet. We’ll definitely use them again if needed.
