  I am a loyal True Plumbing customer. This weekend we noticed a water stain on the ceiling just under an upstairs bathroom and I called Monday morning to get a diagnosis appointment. Had one of the team, Gary, here in just under an hour this morning.
  
  He concluded it was likely a simple shower head issue causing water to penetrate through the fixtures and not an actual broken drain. Since I am handy he advised how I can try fixing it myself first, then if it doesn’t work and still leaks I can call and have them return to determine if it’s a behind-the-wall problem. If it requires a return within 30 days I will get a credit for today’s reasonable $65 service fee. That’s a nice deal.
  
  I very much appreciated Gary’s honest assessment and counsel. I should know in a few days if I fixed the issue.
  
  Once again these guys proved to be prompt, professional, and honest, confirming my decision a few years ago to use True Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. This is a great company.

  We really enjoyed working with everyone at True Plumbing. We found everyone to be knowledgeable, genuine, kind, courteous, and reliable. They gave us our estimate in four different chunks and allowed us to pick what would fit in budget, and offered a discount for getting everyone done at once. They never once pressured us and answered all of my (numerous) questions. They took the time to really diagnose the issue and not just give us a blanket solution. They were also super clean and hauled away all old materials. I can’t recommend them enough!

  It’s rare that I would write a review, but I was so impressed by my experience with True Plumbing that I felt it was deserved. We needed a new water heater, and had heard positive reviews regarding True. I called and was impressed by their quick response and courtesy. Sean did the install, and he really inspired confidence - very knowledgeable, and truly a nice guy. We’re thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to call True Plumbing again. Great people and a great company.

  After trying three different plumbers over the years and based on posted recommendations, True Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. I first used them in 2021 when our water heater burst while my wife and I were in Utah (fortunately my daughter was home and shut off the supply).
  
  I called all the other companies and could not get any to reply. I found True Plumbing and called based on the good reviews and was relieved to get the owner who promised to come right away. I used them again in October 2022 to fix a burst supply line and replace our 15-year-old pressure regulator valve.
  
  Their team is extremely experienced and all I’ve met are very professional. They take the time to explain the repair and review the cost, and all paperwork is digital which I like because I now keep all home paperwork on my computer and in the cloud.
  
  I highly recommend True Plumbing.

  I've got nothing but positive things to say about my experience with True Plumbing. They were on time, were very personable and friendly, and fixed a laundry list of items I've been meaning to have done for some time. Matt had answers to all my questions and he and the other guy did amazing work. I'm keeping a card so I can recommend them to friends as needed.
