After 5 years of going back and forth as well as countless estimates from other companies we chose Mike and his team from True Blue to build our dream pool. We are so happy with this companies work and how responsive Mike and his team were, especially Rob. Mike would answer any emailed questions we had within hours, even on weekends. The amount of time he worked with us helping with our pool design made it so much more helpful.

We have two neighbors who have also used True Blue within the past 8 years and they had similar experiences. Nothing but professional and beautiful work.

I really did not want to write this review but it has gotten to the point where enough is enough. True Blue built my pool 5 years ago. We were very happy with the outcome. I had a heat pump installed when the pool was built. The heat pump took a very long time to heat the pool and the electric bill was way higher than I thought it would be. One of the guys at True Blue said that they can install a gas heater with the heat pump. Two years ago I had the gas heater installed. The first year it was awesome. The second year it stopped working at the end of the season. The pool was opened in April this year. There was constantly white powder in my pool that I thought was DE. The gas heater was also not working. They came and put a new sensor in the heater and told me I needed a new multi port valve to stop the de from entering the pool. The heater stopped working within hours after they left and there was still “de” coming into my pool after the new $500 multi port valve. They ended up coming 7 times between April and mid June. The problem was never solved. I had to call a different pool company and they diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. It was never de in the pool. It was the inside of the gas heater dissolving into the pool. The heater was piped wrong. The guy that came and fixed the problem could not believe that they never bypassed the heaters. I have been trying to fix my pool since April. It’s now almost July. I’m not a pool expert that’s why I called them. It was complete incompetence. They just didn’t care. I spoke with Angela and Elaine in the office numerous times and I know they felt bad. They said that the service manager would call me and he never did. Now neither heater works because they are piped together. I can’t even use the heat pump. The new company is coming next week to fix their mess and install a new gas heater that will cost me another $5000. The heat pump company is coming next week to see if they can fix the heat pump. It has been so frustrating. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Mike and Rob were beyond awesome to deal with. So responsive to all our needs! He was able to build such a quality pool! Everyone is so impressed when they see our yard!! We had a very difficult yard with many elevations. Mike came and made us feel so comfortable that the pool would come out awesome and it sure did!!!!

I have just had the wonderful experience of Mike and his team overhauling our pool, changing the shape and installing a beautiful new Loop-Loc liner in there. His entire team were nothing but professional, and as the job got more complex did all they could to keep to the original plan. This company performs very high quality, robust and tidy work. Our pool looks wonderful and I would strongly recommend True Blue to anyone looking to have their pool improved. Great Company!

We worked with Mike back in 2004 to replace a 30 year old pool. He was great to work with and his team did a very good job on the install. 13 years later we called to get our liner replaced and once again we had a very professional experience. Our next project will be a conversion to salt water and when we do that we will call True Blue again. Definitely recommend them.
