I just noticed they added a new trail so there is a little bit more walking for those that want to walk all of the trails. This is a lovely area to walk or run at.

This is the only gym that I know of that offers childcare for members. As a mom of toddlers, that's important to me.

The best place in the town to get into shape they have it all. Weight rooms, indoor track and indoor pool. It's great for the whole family or just a single person. Best of all they offer a monthly option for those of us who can usually make it to the gym 9 out of 12 months of the year and I'm not tied into a 2 year contract with all the money due up front.

Awesome pool and playground my kids love this place. They have 2 great walking trails one indoor and one outdoor. I believe it outranks the YMCA by a long shot.

I love this gym. It's always very clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The equipment is up to date, the price is affordable, and it really is the best value for your money in the Troy area. The ONLY disadvantage is they are not 24 hours, but the value for my money is worth fitting my workout schedule into their business hours.
