Lyster is the worst, I've been seriously considering moving with my parents to columbia for a few months just so I can go to moncrief medical home.

The physical therapy department at Lyster is amazing!! Everyday I've been there they are so friendly and listen to my concerns. There is very little wait time and the lady at the front desk always does her best to keep our appt times around the same time frame. Keep up the good work! This review is only for Physical Therapy. Other areas I would not give as many stars for.

Isn't it interesting that no one from the "Hospital Administration" responded to or showed any concern for these negative reviews? Hospital Commander shame on you.

Went to sick call while at WOCS. Was informed that I needed to go enroll despite having done that during inprocessing. The lady doing that was quick and very helpful. I came back later that day for my appointment and was told I couldn't be seen because I was late. My next possible appointment date was a month later even though I was able to make a same day appointment that morning!
Reasons for 1 star: WOCS is a time restricted environment. I walked to this facility 3 times in one day for nothing. Still my issue wasn't even documented.
The lady at the sick call reception desk said I was too late even though I was in line waiting. I had even asked a nurse from back in the office if I was ok. The nurse was nice enough to go and check for me. When the nurse came back she said I was fine and to just check in. So back at the reception desk I was told I was too late. I explained the same situation. I stated what my issue was and simply asked if the lady was sure and if she could check to make sure there was no other way to take care of it. She didn't even bother to ask or check she simply kept responding that she couldn't fix it and I needed to call some #. What bothers me was her cold "professional" snide responses.
I've since graduated and returned to reserve status. I now have the uphill battle of getting an injury documented with the military after the fact All and all thanks goes to the lady who sits in the middle right reception window at sick call for not caring while being in a health care possition. Your dedication helped me to miss portions of class, walk miles in the rain, and realize why people don't like your facility.

This was the worst army hospital . They close early. I don't believe they have an ER. And staff , besides reception , is not that helpful. They'd told me something I already knew every time I went. They won't even provide 5 mins services although no one in the office is doing anything at the time, unless its the exact day that they'd provide such service. And of course you won't get seen on those exact days unless you have a prior appointment.
