  I recently received 6 bamboo plants, shipped to CA. They were packaged very poorly and 1 of the plants was smashed and broken. Two of the other plants had also been cut and did not have nice culms, as I expected. However, when I contacted the company and sent pictures of the plant that was damaged (I did not even mention the other 2 that weren't very nice plants), they told me there was nothing they could do. It's just something that happens with shipments to CA. The 2 boxes each with 3 3-gallon pots stacked on each other were not strong enough and were very smashed on arrival.

  Mail-order Services are beyond compare. The 30 or so items I have ordered have been successfully planted into my own bamboo jungle. Quality products, minized shipping cost and weight. Buy with confidence. Special sales are a great value if timing is not critical.

  This place is a tropical oasis of bamboo, tiki hits, waterways, etc. Very nice place to walk through, sit in and be in nature surrounded by beauty and healing green! Great place to destress and bring some of that mother nature home.

  These people are experts. Everytime we drive down the turnpike we make a stop off at the nursery just to look. great vibe, well designed and tons of bamboo.
