  I've purchased several items here, I really like the environment. The sales rep, they vary, some are good, others don't seem to want to really help but that's not New you'll find people who do an amazing job and others who do not value your time or the fact that they have a job.

  I have bought furniture from RTG Kids for a model home. My only problem with this division of RTG is they only deliver kids furniture in our area on Thursdays. If you buy furniture from RTG and RTG Kids they are on separate delivery trucks. Crazy! You place the orders at the same time, with the same sales person, and they have to use different computers to place RTG kids orders. Get the systems to work together. A waste of my time and your salesperson.

  Worst experience ever shopping for furniture. NEVER AGAIN!!!! It was stressful and traumatizing. And then the bed broke right after we bought the whole set. We faught with them for months because the bed continued to brake. Then they say tour exchange has to be of equal or greater value. And it just gets worse from there. The man we were dealing with continuously lied for over a week to both my husband and myself. Finally we spoke to the management and still have to pay almost $2000. NEVER AGAIN!

  As others have stated, delivery time is abysmal. And if you have to change your order.Forget it, expect issues with rescheduling delivery and refunding. You would think after all these years they would have a better delivery system in place.

  Rude sales manager and bugs in the furniture.
  
  So I won't get into the fact that the last couch I bought from here completely fell apart in three years. I went to get a new couch and I found dead bugs in three separate pieces of furniture.
  
  Finally found a couch I liked but we weren't quite there on the price. Don't expect these guys to haggle. Ok. No big deal, that's not the issue. Sales guy Frank was cool about it, Issue is that the sales manager was a total jerk. Instead of working with me in a professional way he was just argumentative. Ultimately, he said "you're a funny guy, I gotta go" and hung up the phone. Not landing the price I wanted I can accept but being rude is something people should be aware of.

  Had a good buying experience yesterday. The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty standard furniture but often times with good financing specials. Look out for the interest free 60 month financing specials that happen every so often.

  I had a very relaxing visit. I was greeted by Adria . I told her what I was looking for and I wanted to take my time. She pointed me in the right direction saying she will be around to answer any questions. After I decided on two items she answered my questions for me to make the final decision. It really felt good to make shopping for furniture a pleasure and enjoyable. Adria took all the stress out of shopping plus she has such a pleasant personality. I will be going back to see her and will recommend my friends to her.
