  Dr. Troiano is a little GEM! She is a perfectionist which makes her work perfect and even more than expected! She is an all star and on top of the newest trends and equipment in the field. What I like best is she is honest and takes her time to make you look your best. She caters to what is best for you as an individual. Since we are all different this matters so we can look our own best and she does this through her work. I have gone to other doctors and places and she stands out because there is no rushing and you are valued as a patient. Dr. Troiano and her staff are professional, kind, helpful and beautiful! Highly recommend and proud to give them 5 stars, wish I could give 6!

  Horrible experience with Chelsea Troiano performed rhinoplasty on me December 4, 2020. All I wanted was better and to have a better projection. Chelsea did a horrible job. She not only made my nose worse than it was, she also destroyed it. My nose looks ugly. One year later, I absolutely hate my nose, and now I couldn't continue my business as a model for my own clothing boutique because of the results. I was always in communication with Chelsea Troiano to express how I felt about it. All she said was that my nose was very swollen and would eventually get better, I spent 10K on her procedure. PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS. SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND DOESN'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING WITH A VARIETY OF NOSE. I honestly DON’T KNOW HOW SHE STILL IN BUSINESS AND HOW SHE HAS A LICENSE HER WORK IS HORRIBLE. I wishes she had been more honest with me instead of destroying my nose and my confidence. NOW I WILL HAVE TO UNDERGO WITH ANOTHER INTERVENTION AND I AM VERY AFRAID AND THE COST IS DOUBLE. 20K, I had a few consults with other specialists in revisions, They showed me all the mistakes Chelsea made with MY nose. I INFORMED HER AND SHE JUST IGNORE MY EMAIL.

  Dr. Troiano is AMAZING! She listened to all of my concerns and actually explained everything. Everything turned out better than I could have even imagined. I will never see anyone else again! Her assistant, Kim, was also excellent. Whole office was clean, beautiful, and my experience was great from the moment I called there.

  I had an excellent experience with Troiano Facial Plastics. Dr. Troiano and her assistant, Kimberly, were professional from start to finish. I went into my appointment with a lot of questions about the different treatments available to address my areas of concern. Dr. Troiano was patient and thorough. She walked me through each procedure in detail and was able to 'translate' medical terms into terms I could easily understand. This is important to me when opting for treatments that alter my physical appearance. It helps me get comfortable with the decisions I’m making. Dr. Troiano also provided me with knowledge on other treatments to consider for more permanent solutions down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m looking forward my next appointment with Dr. Troiano’s practice.

  Dr Troiano is really nice, and did a beautiful job on my chin/neck liposuction. My experience has been great, no complaints. Anytime I have any questions she answers everything and reassures me. I definitely recommend her. Also, Kimberly, who works the front,
  Is great too! She helped me with appointments and helped me make sure the process, payments and everything gets done and it’s easy. The office is nice and pretty as well.
