My horse & I have been moved out since March '17 but feel like I should put my two cents in due to the surplus of negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend this boarding facility to anyone. The only positive about it is the Arlington location. The stall doors don't open without force. The barn manager depends fully on the boarders to clean, sweep, & even replace lights, on their own dime, in the barn. The wheelbarrows either had flats or holes in them. The barn manager built herself a big, nice tack shed while the boarders have to use a shed that's falling down & barely locks. There is 0 turnout or grass which caused my horse to have stomach ulcers. The barn manager kicks you out of the round pen when she would like to use it. The stalls, round pens, and arena aren't ever leveled. The barn manager talks down to you like you are a child instead of a paying tenant. She is known to kick people out with little to no warning. She recently kicked out a loyal boarder, who had a mare with an unweaned foal, with a 3 days notice because the boarder posted, on her personal Facebook, that she was planning on moving her horses when the foal was weaned. A few months prior to this, she also gave another boarder two weeks to get his horses out, yet revoked that time last minute & he had to make plans to get his horses out while he was out of town, in Oklahoma, all because she personally didn't like him and didn't like how he rode his horses. Seriously, save the trouble & drive a little further to a better barn, you'll regret signing onto this place quickly.

The owner does not do any maintenance on any of the barns, all of the stalls are cribbed, you cannot shut the Dutch doors, the stalls are not level, There is a HUGE flt issue! The boards have a broken down shack to put their tack on but the owner has a brand new huge tack room! The round pins or arena rarely gets dragged, and there is a ton of lose metal a debris everywhere! DONT EVER be friends with her on fb!!! There was a very sweet lady who had been boarding there and was very faithful in being there twice a day to care for her horses. Her mare had a baby and she was on HER PERSONAL fb and was discussing one day moving to a new place when the baby was weaned.. #1 there's no contract of Joe long to be there as long as your rent is paid!!!!
She gave the lady 3DAYS notice to move out because she was on HER PERSONAL fb talking about moving This place has changed so much and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
I'm speaking from a visitors view.
You literally have to wade through the flys!
The owner talks about you to others.
The grounds aren't kept up.
It's supposed to be kid friendly? Yet her and her friends go all around the place drinking and cursing!!!
The barn doors won't hardly open.
The arena or the roundpin are never drug.
The stalls aren't level.
Then the MANUER PILE IS right in the middle!

This barn is one of the worst barns I have ever boarded a horse at. I would not recommend Triple T to anyone even if it was a last resort. The arena is full of broken metal, plastic, glass and rarely gets drug. The round pen is the same way. The owner of this barn fails to fix any problems that arise. The gate to the pasture is broken so you have to lift it up to open it. There is an excessive fly problem. A lot of the boarders are very judgmental. The owner will gossip to other boarders about you when you are standing right there. If her horses get into any of your stuff she does not reimburse you. The owners also kept a horse alive that was clearly in a lot of pain and should have been put down a long time ago. To my knowledge at least 6 people have left this barn in the past 3-4 months
The last straw for me was when the owner told her daughter to lunge my horse without my permission. She took advantage of my grandparents that know nothing about horses and put my horse at risk for being hurt. She didn't tell me until the next night. The owner also said that they lunged her because she was limping. Therefore putting my horse at a greater risk of becoming hurt. I lunged her the next night and she was perfectly fine. Then when I confronted her politely she became very hostile and rude and would not even address me by my name she referred to me as "little girl." Very disappointed with this barn.

After the owner read my review she proceeded to tell me "Good luck little girl" it's so sad that a grown woman is acting like a "little girl".

I'm revising my review of this barn due to a few changes that have been made. I left the barn a few months ago due to threats of price increases and a drastic change in in the climate at the barn. The owner does not do any maintenance on any of the barns, all of the stalls are cribbed, you cannot shut the Dutch doors, the stalls are not level, the flies are severe, then owner built herself a new gorgeous tack shed-while her borders use an old dirty shed that does not lock, the owners horses are lose and often get into the dumpsters and throw trash everywhere, the arena rarely gets dragged, and there is a ton of lose metal a debris everywhere, the owner rarely responds or answers her phone. The last straw for me changing my review was one of her borders posted on Facebook about possibly changing barns and she gave her three days notice to leave, with a mare and new foal. I'm highly disappointed that a facility with such great potential has taken such a turn for the worst. The place used to be a little paradise and now it has turned into just another business scheme. I wouldn't board a wheel barrow at this place, especially when there are such wonderful places in the area.

This is a great place for the kids. My sister in law has her horse out there and she loves it. My son has had a few lessons and I was very impressed with people and atmosphere.

I keep my horse at this barn and it's wonderful . My horse thrives, my kids are safe and it's such a great place to ride and be at . I would really recommend keeping your horse here. Not one bad thing to say. My family and I and my horse love it here!

Love this place. My Aunt keeps her horse here and we love to visit and ride. We have even brought our therapy dog to experience the horses and other animals. Everyone is nice.

I have been here 1 1/2 years and absolutely love it! The owners are FANTASTIC and are willing to teach you anything. I love having our horses here and I know they are safe. I've made many friends there too. Couldn't ask for a better barn family!

I have boarded here for about 6 years after buying my horse from Hayden Templeton, Sandi and Brian's father. I have always loved being at this barn and will always recommend it. There is not another barn with everything Triple T has to offer! The owners are like family to me and create a "barn family atmosphere" for everyone.
