Excellent service. Very helpful staff when you call with questions. My rug was smaller than the quoted price so they charged me less! Doesn't get better than that!!

From the first call the experieniece was a lesson in awesome customer service. I spoke with Linda and never felt rushed as she explained my option and never felt over sold as she went through the specials they were offering. As scheduled, the driver, John showed up on time and he and his partner were professional and nice as could be. Moved all the furniture under each rug, rolled, carried out and replaced furniture just as it was. A week later when John returned he and his partner put the rugs back, spotless clean. Dispatch called to schedule each trip John was in the driveway when they said he would be.
Wonderful experience.
