  Our daughter was "Ariel" in a theatre camp production of "The Little Mermaid". We have a straw purse with a picture of Ariel on it from when she was a small girl, and thought it would be cute to use it to hold a flower arrangement to give her after the performance. The team at Trillium Courtyard did a beautiful job on the arrangement, using the colors just as requested, and even added some fun seashells to the arrangement. The flowers lasted a very long time.
  
  Trillium Courtyard is our go-to florist in the Amherst/Buffalo area. Great customer service, beautiful flowers!

  My husband and I were in town for an event and decided to visit his grandparent's gravesites. We had used Trulliums once before so we went back. On no notice, they were able to put together 4 beautiful, fall arrangements for us! And they added a touch of pink for both of our grandmothers. So thoughtful of them ❤. The arrangements were lovely with long lasting flowers selected. Thank you very much Trillium!! You are the best!

  Very helpful and friendly people, however when you request and pay for a dozen roses, only to get home have your wife ask why you "only bought 11".. Called their 24 hour service number only to have it answered after waiting 37 minutes. The agent was friendly and apologetic, however said I would have to wait for a call from management NEXT weekfriendly folks, but short on the details.

  I live in WI but wanted to order flowers to be delivered to my dear friend in Buffalo for her birthday. I found Trillium's Courtyard Florist on Google, and their positive reviews led me to placing an order. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and my friend was so happy.   Love working with Cathy and Mike and their staff at Trillium's Courtyard Florist. Incredible customer service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always have BEAUTIFUL flowers.   Excellent florist! I called in a birthday bouquet order totally last minute for my mother-in-law and they delivered a beautiful bouquet that day! My mother-in-law says the flowers are still beautiful more than a week later! They were so helpful over the phone and saved the day for me!!! Highly recommend these folks!

  After having the most horrible experience with Flower Delivery Express( delivered dead roses on the floor of my mothers home) I was livid, emotional, and hysterical. I went Trillium's Courtyard Florist where the women there where beyond understanding empathetic and knew just how to put together the best bouquet for my lovely mother. They were so helpful and caring. The flowers they put together for my mom brought tears to my eyes and hers. She absolutely loved them and it made her day. I am a loyal customer to this floral shop from here on out. The quality, pricing, and service I received was impeccable. Please, don't look anywhere else. Go see these women!

  Great florist! Highly recommend! I was married July 4th. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful. The owner was wonderful to work with. Very helpful ! Her shop was even closed on July 4th and she came in just to do my flowers for my wedding and dropped them off. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Trilium. Thank you !
