I am a huge fan of the Smile Center. I am one of those people that has severe anxiety about tooth pain and going to the dentist in general. Everyone that works in this office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and does their absolute best to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend them for any and all of your dental needs!

Bait and Switch warning - get everything in writing and recording when speaking with the financial department.

BEFORE switching insurances, I contacted the office - expressing that there is a year waiting period, and asked if they would honor the contracted prices despite the waiting period, to which the finance member said yes they would, as long as I have the PPO plan. Fast forward to today, and now its - "no we never said that" this is despite me having several others listening to the same conversation on speaker phone. I should have just recorded the conversation, so please insure you don't make the same costly mistake as I did.

I don’t usually write reviews, but everyone at the Smile Center was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Alicia and Dr. Raymond took their time explaining the procedures I need done and answered all the questions I had in terms I understood. Anyone that is anxious thinking about coming to the dentist should book an appointment ASAP with the smile center, I’ve never felt so at ease, and the massage chairs are a HUGE plus!!

So at first I thought they were great. I saw the two young guys. They treated me great until they looked at my medical and saw I'm on a maintenance program. Now I went there cuz i know someone from my clinic who goes there and got some sort of sedation and had a great experience there. I got treated like a druggie. They told me I need antibiotic cuz I have accesses and a ton of work that needs to be done and it should take 2 half hours. At first they told me they can sedate me and give me the gas and some pills. Then they said no we can't cuz you may get addicted to the meds we are giving you the Demerol. I said if I wanted to get high I would not of told you what I'm on and the mgs I would of just skipped it all together. Then they leave and come back with a total price of $6, 000 I gotta pay out of pocket and $74 for the gas. Now I know they are lying cuz this girl I know gets it and she has the same insurance. They made up prices so they didn't have to deal with me. They didn't even write the script for the antibiotics. I was like really wow so I would never refer you to anyone. That doctor is dumb I got major dental surgery on methadone and was put out plus I had my gallbladder taken out and put under on methadone. I had three children and lots of epidurals. They are judgemental and I'm actually calling the better business Bureau and telling them how I was treated. You guys are not going to treat me like that I have lots of clean time the only medicine I take is just methadone my dose which is dispensed at a methadone clinic. It's not like I get a script of 180 of them. Your little sedation isn't going to make me use or kill me. I can't believe how I was treated, no way can I sit there thru three root canals, extractions and fillings and crowns awake no way I will be jumping and flipping iam scared when I just sit in that chair and they are charting my teeth. I walked out pissed. Those two young men treated me like a junkie.

Only had consultation. Dr Kent was gentle and thorough. Waiting months for work to start. Called 3 times and was told someone would call me to explain things. No-one ever called. Looking elsewhere.

1st of all- very clueless people running it. My husband and I would get different answers and directions before the visit each time.
2nd, and most upsetting- I told them when I 1st came how terrified of the dentist I was. They told me at the initial visit that the iv sedation was reserved for only 'major' work that takes a long time and I could only have the oral form. After my 1st visit, they realized how anxious I really was and told me they would either increase the meds or talk to Dr about doing iv sedation for me for the rest.
2nd visit I go to pick up the meds- still the same amount. I actually did better that trip because they didn't have to do as many of the painful things as they did the 1st time. I was BERY proud of myself.
We call for my 3rd visit and they tell us they wont see me anymore! I'm pretty sure what happened was someone wrote on the chart somewhere that I should be considered for IV sedation and because the Dr didn't want to (now that all of the hard stuff was done), they just won't even see me anymore. There is just NO communication there and they take terrible notes.
Oh, and the 1 hour and 20 minutes I was waiting to be seen for the initial visit- they sat me in a room across from a person getting ALL there teeth pulled. I got to hear the tools, the moans, the whole thingthey saw me squirm and cry as I waited and waited but never offered to give me.
I don't recommend this place if you have a true fear of the dentist.

I am petrified of the dentist, but after I found smile center I am relaxed when I go. I would recommend The Smile Center to everyone! Every time time I go to the smile center I am always treated with respect and courtesy. They are professional, kind, helpful. I once went to a dentist who literally said such mean things it made me cry in my car for 30 minutes. I would not let him touch my mouth. If you want to be treated with respect whether you have great teeth or awful teeth, or if you go to dentist every 6 months or once in a lifetime GO TO THE SMILE CENTER!!!!!

Hate this place it's racist! I have insurance date of my extraction they tell me to pay copay + the difference of what insurance didn't cover! They normally bill the difference! I came to them in an emergency state took off work twice and drove to smile center! Huge disappointment! Still in emergency state!

Arrived today 4 min late cuz of roadwork on 990 and they know I live 30 miles away, took a day off to drive my disabled wife and the lady turned us away and cancelled her appointment when we arrived! I was so mad n explained to her with phone in my hand that I am 4 min late! Sh said doesn't matter so I took my business somewhere else

NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!
This dental office is the worst dentist I've ever had to endure.
I had to wait an hour and a half for my consultation appointment. Then they told me that they could take care of my loose lingual bar. They told me it would be covered by my insurance. I went to have my mouth and lingual bar inspected by the doctor. This man was so old and his hands were shaking SO BADLY that I was nearly STABBED IN THE EYE with the SCRAPER! If I hadn't flinched I would have been stabbed. Instead he stabbed my upper cheek. He shakily used the device that bonds glue to teeth and after he left, I had to call him back in to smooth the rough and bumpy glue that he left in my mouth. They did not offer to rinse out any excess material or make anything comfortable during this process. Finally, they told me that I had to pay up front $250.00 before I left and then I would have to talk to insurance to reimburse me, when before they said I would be covered. I REPEAT, NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!

This dental office has a friendly staff. They use high-tech equipment and keep up with the latest trends in dentistry. For example, they have a cool way of doing xrays. You just stand still and the xray machine moves around you. You don't need those cardboard discs in your mouth that make you choke. The machine doesn't even touch you. The staff are very patient with people like me who have anxiety about going to the dentist. I am always impressed by the short waiting time at appointments. I'm in an out in less than an hour. I've been going to the Smile Center for about 10 years. I recommend the Smile Center.

Yes, I was a coward and they made it so easy and almost painless to come in and took care of my needs and the rest is history..

The gals here are so nice and down to earth! And I love it that, for the first time in my life, I have a female dentist. After a lifetime of great dental care, I changed care providers several years ago and had an experience that was very traumatic. So I never wanted to go to a dentist again. Then I looked up pain free dentists and found The Smile Center near my house. They gave me nitrous oxide through a mask for the exam and cleaning, so it was a positive experience. For a later appointment they gave me nitrous oxide, plus they numbed me up so well (I am resistant to novacaine) that my cheek and lip stayed numb for a good hour afterward. They did a beautiful job on a tooth that needed major work. I will stay with them forever because I never have to fear pain at the dentist again. Thank you Smile Center!

Good experience overall. Everything was explained fully, the staff is friendly and also Dr. Kent. Needed an adjustment, it was taken care of .had my new teeth months now and am happy with the fit and happy to smile again.. A lot of my visits were with Laura, she was great at explaining exactly what they were doing. Nice to be treated like a person and not just another patient.. Thanks

They are amazing there. They were willing to work with me regarding full dentures. They have been great over the last 2 years with the teeth pulling, surgeries and dealing with my temp dentures having to be adjusted due to weight loss. I still have yet to receive my permanent ones because I have more weight to loose, but they are wonderful there and so willing to work with you. They are all happy, polite and usually take you on time. I would recommend them to anyone. Terrific place. Wonderful staff and doctors! AAA++++
