I have rented out multiple units with Tree Realtor, they are good at selecting high quality tenants. The negative reviews on here are from potential tenants who didn’t qualify and were rightly rejected. The current residents who are complaining about repairs not getting done are blaming the wrong party, they should be writing reviews against the Landlord not the Property Manager.

Shame on them. They told us I needed 3x rent in earnings to be the guarantor. Then changed it to 6x after my daughter, her friend and I each paid $75 application fee. The little girl, Leslie didn’t seem to know what she was doing. In the end I feel discriminated against because we are white women who were put through the ringer and have hits put on our credit reports only for the owner, Ronnie Lopez to say he will not approve the application.

Upon touring, the fence was down, the walls needed painting and 14 double pane windows had seals broken and hard water stains. Was informed these would all be taken care of promptly. Due to a work change I needed to get in ASAP. So I hesitantly signed the lease. Biggest mistake of my life. 3 months to get the fence fixed and here we are half way through the lease and windows still look terrible and no mention of painting at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

Update: still no resolve on any of the above issues. RUN from this place. Also included a phot of my crystal clear windows

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH TREE REALTY! THIS IS A FRAUD

What could there possibly be to discuss, at this point? Alonzo Perez and Tree Realty have left us in a horrible situation after repeatedly assuring us we were the only applicants and would definitely be approved for the unit. This is a breech of ethics and we will be filing a complaint with TREC.
