Kiosk with the Evolution flat irons and hair products in front of Victoria Secrets is all a scheme. Don't try them! Spent over $350 on 4 hair products and flat iron. With the sale they offer to do your hair 5x but here's the catch, it has to be with the same salesperson which they're constantly changing for that purpose. Been over 3 months, and I've been trying to get this done and not once successful because they're never there and the owner or other employees refuse to do your hair if they weren't the one who sold it to you. Today he got upset because I complaint to him and "ruined his sell" all because I said that the person who'd sold to me told me he'd be there and is not. I stated it wasn't the first time. He then got mad because he said I ruined his sale instead of appropriately handling the issue he yelled at me. Don't waste your time or money here thinking you're getting a good deal. You're not. It's not an original product and once you pay, they don't care about whether you're happy or not.
The mall in itself is ok. My problem is the employees and customers both smoking by the front entrance right next to the no smoking signs while children walk in and out and pass or have to stand next to it while they wait. My 16 year old son had an asthma attack because of this. Enforce your rules, which happen to be the law in most public places in Florida.
I love the mall, just wish the restrooms were a bit cleaner and weren't so hot, like for real i have a child so im not just in and out of the restroom and it gets so hot in there, but other then that great place
Cohen's was a nightmare. Absolutely no customer service, people behind display cases are there to ignore custoners. They do it very well. On the flip side, lunch at Ruby Tuesday's was great. Cohen's needs to learn from them.
When I entered the mall & was greeted by kowalas on wheels & Tigers, & pink panthers with kids riding them & thought it was so cute, what else can the kids do for entertainment in this Heat in Florida. Its a clean mall with plenty of sales going on.
I visit Treasure Coast every time I visit my sister in Port Saint Lucie. Awesome atmosphere and a variety of stores and shops! I especially love visiting the Pandora Store! Two thumbs up!
The parking lot is too dark at night. It gets dark early. Do not feel safe in parking lot. They need to put the lights on!!!
Very nice mall. Dillards was the least of my favorite stores. 3 day return policy on shoes. Sales person was OK. Store appeared over stocked and messy. Macy is very friendly. Great customer service with gracious employees.
I went into Yankee candle and the girls were very helpful, I also stopped to get a pretzel and the young man was very polite, it's always a great experience
It's a very clean Mall people behave themselves even the kids behave themselves lot of great stores to shop in
Had a VERY nice time with Jacqueline Gornitzky, Dave Gornitzky and Gianni Gornitzky. It was a great stress reliever and got to do some shopping! Seeing the Treasure Coast Mall was nice too.
Love all the nice seating areas. People in the office are so nice with excellent customer service when purchasing gift cards.
I think Simon Malls "More Choices" is the biggest oxy moron I ever heard. Try less choices. Everyone I know is willing to drive 45 minutes to the gardens to actually get some good stores.
Well maintained mall with a great selection of shopping and dining choices.
Just go there to get some Chick-Fil-A or just watch a movie living right next to it, it gets boring.. Not the greatest mall but it's alright because you can get cloths as well.
Not enough stylish adult stores.
Loft and Black &White left due to raised rent. I now have to go to Palm Beach or Vero for these stores.
Standard Mall Food Court, children's play area in the middle makes it extra noisy.
I go there to eat my lunch with my co-workers..
Someone needs to stop the mommies from taking up the daddy/husband waiting areas
Clean, spacious mall with all the main brands. Simon app helps find store locations and all the "deals of the day".
