  I'd have to say Joey and the guys went above and beyond the call of duty when it come to my 2013 Chevy Silverado. As a business owner myself, i'd have to say "Well Done Guys". You've earned my business from this point on.

  Good experience at TRAX. Bought new set of tires for my 2013 Accord Touring. Got the run around at Firestone of Daphne. Felt like I was dealing with pros at TRAX.

  Spent like two hours there. I told them look at the back right tire it kept getting low. They came back and said my back left had a nail. I said ok great what ab the back right. He looked confused. Made him go back twice to check the BACK RIGHT and he mumbled something it was patched but didn't explain. Two days later my back right is almost flat. So after spending $400 on a variety of things (mainly wanting my back right tire fixed I'm now spending my Sunday at a different tire place where they actually found the problem in ab 15 minutes. Highly unrecommended

  I used to love this place. They have taken care of my vehicles for 15 years until recently. Last summer they repaired the air conditioner in my Nissan Xterra. 600 bucks It broke a week later and and it broke again. The guy's name was Joey. They wanted to fix another part for 250. I took it to another mechanic and he showed me all of the "new" parts which were not new and had never been replaced. The new mechanic also showed me that my tires were from 2009 when I bought them 3 years ago. Unfortunately, it would cost too much to go to court. I do know that a lot of people I know are no longer using Trax Tires because they have similar stories. They will get what is coming to them, I'm sure of that.

  Always informed, always polite, great prices and are great mechanics that don't feed you bull! They have helped me above and beyond! All around a great group of hard working guys I'll take every future car I get to these guys as well for sure! Keep it up and thanks to all at trax!
