We stayed there last weekend to go to a concert at the Crystal Grand. We were in disbelief there was no- mini shampoo or conditioner, no alarm clock, no blow dryer, things most hotels have. The manager- short bald hair guy ( he said I could call him that) was very nice. He said they were short staff. We were disappointing in the room. It seemed clean but the cover on the bed had small burn holes in it. The confidential breakfast was a joke. Cereal and bagels. no fruit no warm eggs or meat of any kind. No lobby furniture- maybe that is on order. ??? Anyway not too happy about this place.

We travel for a living and we have stayed in ALOT of hotels! This hotel is ABSOLUTELY one of the WORST hotels we have EVER stayed in! No furniture in the main lobby and it wasn't inviting ! There's print out notes saying the manager is never at desk and gives a number to call. There's one on the door saying, all doors are LOCKED after a certain time ! Just looked very tacky! Our boss made reservations for us so when we got there with two other co workers, the black gentleman told my husband that dogs weren't allowed (even service dogs) which what our dog is! My husband turned to walk away and the guy told him she could stay for a hundred dollar pet deposit! My husband gladly paid it! Then the gentleman asked for ours and the other two coworkers credit cards to have on file in case of damages to the rooms! My husband told the guy, no and if there is any damages to any rooms, the damages would be paid for from the bosses credit card and taken out of employees check!
There's no refrigerator, no microwaves , NO BREAKFAST! NO COFFEE! The ice machine is broken and the one on second floor either stays out of Ice or is broken as well! The soda & snack machines doesn't work! Do not waste your time or money! If you do, they will not come to desk to refund your $$! They'll say it's not their machines and they can't help you! There's NEVER ANYONE at the front desk! And when you do call them at the desk, they are abnoxiusly RUDE!! I went outside to walk around and two medium size dogs came running at me as if they were going to attack Me! The owner (the black gentleman from the front desk) yelled for them to come back to him and one did but the other one ran up to me! Nice dog but this is the gentleman who said dogs weren't allowed in the hotel!! Btw, there's another HUGE dog staying there! You can hear it bark all the time! One of our coworkers went up front after work and called the manager about why their rooms weren't cleaned. The gentleman told him, they don't go in rooms while no one's there and if he didn't like it, to F off and check out!! So, we called our boss and was told to check out and go to another hotel! Which we did! My husband went back to the hotel to get our pet deposit and was told "technically" they're not obligated to give our deposit back since we checked out early! Wait..WHAT!!???
My husband told him that's the most absurd B'S he's ever heard!! Our pet deposit had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the renting of the rooms! That money came out our pocket! Finally, after realizing he sounded more ignorant the more he talked; he gave our pet deposit back to us!!! There is ABSOLUTELY something going on at this hotel! While in our room, I felt as if someone was watching! We couldn't find anything but there's something eerily creepy about this hotel! We all smelled marijuana VERY strongly and the other co workers heard people knocking on the black gentleman's hotel room door all hours of the night! I strongly recommend no one stay here!!

If I could give this no stars I would. Walked in and smelt nothing but weed! Stains on the sheets, no drinking in lobby, hallway, or pool. No fridge, alarm clock, or microwave in the room. Poor lighting in the nasty pool area. The breakfast consists of cereal and old bread. I’ve been in better places that charge by the hour. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I definitely wouldn’t ever bring a travel Baseball team here or a wrestling club here again. Would of been better sleeping in my car.

Worst experience ever I only stayed 2 hrs n the front desk old lady was the worst customer service I ever had in a hotel, we asked her if we could grill we had on own grill bc the hotel’s was absolutely dirty so when we finished we dumped the waste of our little grill in theirs to prevent any fire on the ground. Then I asked her for ice from the big ice machine is there n she said to go out n buy my own then she came screaming to get out of her property, but she charged us the night n didn’t even slept in there we left bc we saw they threw a lot of chairs in a dumpster with bedbugs, didn’t give us our money back, reported it with the corporation n never received my money back. I recommend you any other hotel in the dells but never go to this one

Went here when I was a kid and it was a pretty decent hotel. I don't know what happened since but the lobby had no furniture the pool was closed because it was to cold and the continental breakfast was cheap and cold. The room did not have a table or fridge or a coffee pot. I hope they improve!

The overall hotel was average. For such a cheap price I expected nothing more, and they did have a pool and "breakfast", but the door didn't lock unless slammed with some good strength and the key card wouldn't always work the first time. The rooms were also a bit funky smelling and the furniture was Damp. Service varied from good and polite to rude and unhelpful depending on who was working.

Not the best. Not the worst. It's a two star motel. Good pricing but limited services. It's good if you just want to spend the night and leave in morning.

The location is great, only a couple minutes from Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms were pretty clean. The continental breakfast was just cereal and bread, so that was a little disappointing, but I didn't expect much because the hotel was pretty cheap. It also came with tickets to Mt. Olympus. The room has a TV but no fridge or microwave. All in all, it's a cheap room, so don't expect a lot, but there weren't any issues.

Stayed here with some friends over the past week and was very pleased! The manager was friendly and even upgraded our room to get a microwave and mini fridge at no additional cost. Got the room for a cheap price and had a much more pleasant experience then I was expecting. Not a 5-star hotel but was overall really nice and I would definitely come back. Hot tub and pool were both clean and so was room and staff was very responsive. Thank you for making my little vacation cheap and enjoyable Travelodge 😊

The service at Travelodge is very good. The breakfast service is small, but enjoyable. We had an issue with the room due to a previous customer and the staff got us situated in another room as fast as they were able to. Good experience overall.

Terrible, rooms are not clean found hair and food crumbs in the bed, couple of bugs, no fridge, no towels or washclothes, no coffee maker in the room. Open package of shampoo on the bathroom floor. This is all after switching rooms. The first smelled so horrible you couldn't breath. The front desk clerk was very rude and treated us very poorly!!! Would never stay here again. And we currently are being charged 109 dollars for dirty beds basically!!!
