Have friends staying there. Till tomorrow their scotch tape on the roof and there youngest son 3yoa found a marijuana stem in the room. When I brought it to management attention on my way out the door Seance the room is on my card they later accused my friends of being the ones that brought it there with no evidence. With all the other negative reviews on this location on here I ask why is corporate sitting on there hands on change the staff here

If I could put zero stars I would. How are you going to accuse people of being drug users just cause they brought to your attention that they found drugs in your room what a rude staff

This stay was a complete disaster. This hotel is the most disgusting place to stay at. When you first arrive you think is nice but then you see the reality. The hallways smell like rotten milk/feces, the rooms are extremely old and dirty. We encounter 3 live roaches on the wall and a dead one on the bed, the headboard fell completely off the wall and the bathroom had black long hair everywhere. Nonetheless, there are some creepy people walking around the hallways and the parking lot. Stay away! Do no waste your money please. I repeat keep away from this nasty hotel.

The cops showed up the morning after check in to the room next door. The faucets were kinda gross. The wifi was slow and cable had like 20 channels. The service was friendly which is important for me and the price was good.

It was all right, an average service. Nothing extraordinary but also nothing too typical. Rooms were clean and service was great. Location wasn't a factor for me so I was all right.

The service at the front desk was excellent and that was all that was good. I had to stay in the back building do to the hotel being booked. It's were laborer stay they said. It smelled like pot on the whole floor. The hot water didn't work in either of the two room and the air-conditioner didn't work.

Only stay here as a last resort. My cousin and I stayed here from October 6th to October 8th. For two nights the price wasn't bad but I wouldn't recommend staying there. The lady at the front desk at night seemed like she didn't want to be there. The rooms have a musky smell and the bathrooms are small. My cousin was bit by bed bugs and Daphne the manager refuses to refund our stay even though I have pictures of the bites. They claimed to have maintenance check it out but I don't know how true that is since they also have someone staying in that same room. The website also leaves out information about payment methods and there is $100 deposit if you end up having to pay cash.

I had a reservation for September 21st, which was cancelled through Expedia on September 14th and I have the document to prove it. This hotel charged my credit card for the night of the 21st anyway. When my credit card company called them, they claimed that I actually did stay there, even though I didn't. The nasty woman we spoke to is delusional. So BEWARE! These people will charge you for a cancelled reservation even if it was cancelled according to their policy and you have proof that it was cancelled. The woman at Travel Lodge was arrogant and condescending claiming that since their computer showed that I stayed there - I stayed there. These people are absolutely dishonest liars. DO NOT give then access to your credit card number. Finally, the nasty woman decided she couldn't perpetuate her big lie and refunded my money. Even though she owed me an apology, she didn't have the ounce of class required to give it to me. Just like her scuzzy roach hotel, she is scum of the earth.

Was this cockroach a paying guest.
    Worst hotel ever.
Roaches, bed bugs, drugs and pimps and hoes. Charged me 760.00 for a wkly rate because they knew it was Irma related. Scum bumb place and staff is a joke. I don't even want to give a star.
Do not stay here. I work at the Hilton but because I have 2 pits this was only option for us NEVER EVER AGAIN

Hotel staff seemed nice, and entrance is nice as well, but as soon as we walked into our room I immediately noticed roaches on the walls !!! I killed one and not even a few minutes later I killed another one I'm now down 5 cockroaches and dreading the rest of the night. Room looks clean and smells clean but honestly I can't get over the cockroaches FYI the AC unit has mold as well ! Thankfully this is a one night stay only, and unfortunately my last in this location. Please read reviews before booking room and make sure it's definitely something you want to pay for ! Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because this place has real potential it just really needs some TLC !

this place has so many things wrong with it. only the entrance is some what nice the rooms are not updated or modern, as we walked to our room we saw 3 to 4 doors that seemed to have been busted in, carpets were also stained in the halls and in the room, wasn't able to shower since there was no hot water, they don't even have full size pillows more like travel size, thier free breakfast needs more variety and to top it off as I checked out with my kids there was a guy smoking pot i told front desk and she didnt seem surprised nor did she do anything about it

Thankfully we called before our arrival. Apparently this place needs to look into the ADA. If you have a service dog I WOULD NOT GO HERE. They WILL charge you. They will count your service dog as a PET. Neither a deposit nor a surcharge may be imposed on an individual with a disability as a condition to allowing a service animal to accompany the individual with a disability, even if deposits are routinely required for pets. However, a public accommodation may charge its customers with disabilities if a service animal causes damage so long as it is the regular practice of the entity to charge non-disabled customers for the same types of damages. For example, a hotel can charge a guest with a disability for the cost of repairing or cleaning furniture damaged by a service animal if it is the hotel's policy to charge when non-disabled guests cause such damage. WE UNDERSTOOD that. We know our service dog would not cause problems ( he doesn't even shed), but this place refused to treat our service dog as a guest. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN A SERVICE DOG AND A PET!!!!!

Good staff. We brought our puppy with us & we didn't have any issues with her barking; she never made a sound after 9pm. The other guests around us were very noisy. No matter how you close the door, it ends up slamming really loud & the walls were really thin. You can hear everything!

Jasmine and Liz were very very nice. Excellent employees. The manager had an attitude problem. The room smelled like mold. The shower was broken. The bath plug didn't work. First night we didn't have hot water. Bathroom is way too small. Stay here only if necessary, otherwise find a better place. Days Inn is cheap and much nicer.
