Nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants. Room was very nice. Great pool, basketball court and putting green. Bike rentals too.
Excellent in all regards value, pets (3 17# dogs), friendly staff, and great location. Very nice suite and well kept.
The thought and work that went into the details in the rooms is to be applauded! I found the accents in the bathroom tiles and hardware to be especially pleasing as well as the behind the mirror lighting over the bathroom sink.Wow! Talk about hitting a styling home run! They defiantly got their moneys worth out of the decorator on this one! Also, if you go down to Perkins restaurant, there is a huge American flag that billows so amazingly when the wind blows at night! Try standing right under it and look up as the lights shoot up the Flagpole and watch the long slow undulations in the fabric. Sounds crazy but its an experience you will never forget
Very nice rooms! Our room had a fully stocked kitchen. the beds are very comfy, and they have lots of options for free breakfast. we stayed for a quick weekend getaway, this place was prefect. We left feeling very relaxed.
Let's start with the positive: The pool was ok, beds were comfortable, staff was really nice, and fitness center was neat and clean.
Now the negative: the air conditioning in our room was really noisy and it didn't let us sleep. We complained about this to the front desk but they did nothing about it. The bathroom was full of patched walls. Some people probably broke it and they just put stucco over it and it looks awful. The hotel is starting to show its age and the price of the hotel is a little too much for the quality you get in the hotel.
We had reserved a room at a different hotel in Naples that was just horrible so we had to make last-minute reservations at this hotel. So glad we did. The room was more like a two-bedroom efficiency apartment than a hotel room. They beds were comfortable, linens and pillows high quality, staff amazing. Was so nice to have a full-size fridge in the room and they worked with us for a late checkout (it's hard to get four kids moving and out the door in a timely manner). Excellent value and highly recommend. Will be our hotel of choice when staying in Naples from now on.
Staying for 2 months for medical. Staff has been very accommodating to make my room environment a safe and comfortable one for a chronically ill imunosuppressed person such as me. The hotel serves hot freshly made breakfast every morning by a chef. Hotel has a pool and hot tub as well as a 24 hour exercise room. Hotel is near several restaurants. Rooms are clean and up to date.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean suite. Didn't like that there were random people who we conducting a survey during breakfast.
We rented a banquet room for a three day seminar then flew to another city. We had left behind some very important items. Immediately Jonathan helped out, handled it and got the items from Miami to San Francisco overnight. He was on top of the situation and communicated beyond my expectations from start to finish.
Wasn't informed of remodeling before booking for a weeks stay. Had great cocktail hour but wasn't informed when checking in. Needing 2 beds, one was a fold out couch. Nice kitchenette. Given the area, wasn't the easiest on getting in & out had to make U-turns to return to hotel. Hard to see the sign as it's surrounded by restaurants & palm trees. Was expecting to be able to relax in room instead, constantly hearing hammering. Room was right next to offices that were rented out for meetings which you could also hear. Very disappointed.
With a large family the two bedroom, two bathroom suite with a kitchenette was the perfect arrangement for us. Rooms are kept very clean and without the stereotypical hotel odor. The complimentary breakfast is very good and adds value to the stay. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the happy hour. Hosts at the front desk, kitchen and service were all very courteous and helpful. The location is very accessible to the interstate, shopping and close enough to for a short drive to the beach. We were very pleased.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in early February. While checking in, we were greeted by friendly staff who asked which floor we would prefer. We asked for a room on the first floor close to an exit and received exactly that. Our suite had a king size bed and was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite visiting during Naples' tourist season, noise was no issue as the room was extremely quiet. The only issue we experienced is that the door locks did not read the room keys very well. It often took 6 or 7 tries before the doors would unlock. We notified the front desk and they put in a work order for the locks to be cleaned. We enjoyed the hotels location as it is close to many restaurants and coffee shops and about 15 minutes away from downtown Naples.
