Nice place and during the time frame that I was there (golf tournament ) we found a room and the Host offered us a free drink for being nice.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and none of the services besides breakfast are available. The hallways are not air cooled and can get stuffy when walking into the building and the AC in the rooms are extremely loud. The floors were dirty underneath both beds. The bedsheets smelled funny and seemed years old. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable and loud. The water smelled like fish in the room I stayed at. The pool was also extremely small when compared to the pictures. The list goes on. The hotel manager was extremely polite when an issue came up though so service was great but the experiance was extremely lacking.

not our best stay. seemed like a 19th century room, from someone's grandmothers house. Had a weird odor and creepy feel.

Hotel room smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking. When I called to ask for extra pillows and blankets for my room I was told to go to the front desk to pick them up. The blanket given to me was super ratty and I was given a single pillow even though there were two of us in my room.There were scuffs on the walls and some of the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. Only true good part about this hotel was that it was close by to multiple eating establishments and shopping areas.

The hotel was hot in the lobby, elevator, hall and room. We had to turn on the air conditioner and leave to allow the room to cool off. The elevator and the hall had a bad odor. We killed 4 roaches in our room. We left to go to the hospital to be with family and came back to find they had cleaned the room and turned the air off. The room was burning up again. I ask the desk clerk if there was a Laundromat near and he gave me two plastic bags. We found a Laundromat on google search and left to do a load of laundry only to find out later there was a coin washer and dryer in the hotel. There was nothing to let guest know they were available and the staff doesn't speak good enough English to communicate with guest. The towels are small, old and rough. The curtains and spreads don't match. We were stuck here for 3 days because Dad was having emergency bypass surgery while traveling through Columbia. There were no other available hotel rooms in the surrounding area due to a college basketball game. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
