We normally Love Embassy & rarely stay at a different Hilton property. However, the fold out bed had dirty sheets & there was an empty chip bag under it. Breakfast made to order was good, several things on the bar were old &/or cold.

Came as a bigger group. Rooms were still not ready at standard check in time. Claimed no rooms were avail yet. When do get some rooms the floors were all wet. From carpet cleaning. So had a wonderful wet dog smell to the wet carpet. Then got to hear the music and bump bump bass from 6pm till about 11pm right below in an alleged banquet. Staff was rude at our check in. I would not stay here again. Was here to sleep during the day. The only plus was the beds were comfy.

Took off with my spouse to Embassy Suites for a quiet and peaceful Christmas. All of the family were scattered this year and so we did a brief getaway. The staff were great. The accommodations very good and thankfully everyone visiting the hotel we're freindly. Enjoyed just relaxing during the evening social hour. Purchased some wings for a light meal and simply relaxed, enjoyed the staff and the guests. Couldn't have asked for a nicer and more peaceful, drama free experience. Our thanks to the great staff that found themselves working during Christmas.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I took 1 star away because this hotel is in need of a makeover. The bathroom has no vent which made showering like being in a sauna. Also, the bathroom is showing signs of moisture on the walls & floor.

Happy hour and breakfast were both great. The beds were comfortable. The TV should be replaced as it had lines through the screen.

Best hotel at Columbia Airport! Very spacious and clean rooms. Great ambiance in the lobby. Complementary evening reception with snacks and free drinks are a great plus! Staff is very kind and performing great customer service every time I am here! Highly recommended!

I attended for a professional workshop. I drive past this location regularly on my way to work and I wasn't pleasantly surprised at how nice and spacious the inside was! Great lobby area with restaurant/bar, small guest shop, fitness center and plenty of space to gather.

Had a very good experience here. Room is nice and spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast was plentiful as well. We weren't around for the evening reception but our understanding is they also have snacks and drinks then as well. Hotel is clean, they are renovating some areas, painting and have the pool shut down for complete renovation as well. I know some previous folks mentioned the pool issue. Looks like they listened and are taking care of it.

I stay a few times a month and they are always there to meet my needs greater than satisfactory. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. The rooms are always nice and all accommodations have always been met.

Beautiful spacious room with more accommodations than needed (but very much appreciated!) wonderful staff who were all very sweet and friendly; clean and huge hotel. We loved it! Wish we could've stayed here for the whole trip! If I could give this hotel more stars I would!

I really enjoy staying here. Nice amenities and a well kept facility, though it will probably be due for a renovation in the next few years. Good restaurant and bar available. Great location for downtown activities. Literally less than a mile from Riverbanks Zoo. I'd almost dock them a star for the chlorine smell from the pool, but they win it back easily with their summer kids program. On Friday and Saturday evenings, they have child activities in the lobby for hotel guests. Basically a party with games, music, movies, crafts, and snacks.

The place must be old because the rooms smell horrible. We had to move 3 times before we were comfortable. Then, no one serviced our room while we were gone so we asked about it and they could say was 'We're sorry". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this stay was they had complementary hour for the quest to have beer, wine and snacks

As always embassy suites hotels are always consistent. Loved the room very spacious for me and my family. Their breakfast buffet is always consistent. Not like the other chain hotels. They have more variety. The breakfast is script very good.

It was the only hotel we found in the Hilton group that offered the accommodations we required for three children, my daughter and myself. Free breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. It is an older hotel and could use some updates in certain areas but offered clean linens and beds. I noticed behind the night stand needed some cleaning otherwise was fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Requested to talk to the GM about a bereavement rate and he refused to come talk to me. I was told Hilton didn't have one but only because I went back up to talk to the front desk person. This was the only hotel that didn't offer us a bereavement rate but we needed to stay here because they allowed pets. Sat in the lobby for hours waiting to get a room as we had driven through to night to make it into town. Never once offered to go have our rooms cleaned first to help us out. The level of customer service and compassion is certainly missing here.
