I came here last minute for Famously Hot New Year Celebration and most hotels were booked. I stayed at a Extended Stay America before but this place is filthy and all Ive seen being here is roaches on the wall, floor boards, dresser, etc. It's in the early am and office is closed (opened 7am - 11pm). There is also no washclothes (have towels), no toilet tissue, one lamp won't switch on, curtain having off tracks, and broken glass on wall art. If moving was a option at moment I would run asap.
So updated went to office at 0758am this morning and showed mgr the pictures, and she didn't office any assistance not even for microwave without a glass plate so could at use it. She was nice and told me she could change my room until around one. I waited until around my room til nightfall no call on room phone or cell.response / report this review -

Not impressed. Pool closed too early. Had to go to front desk to get your dishes, pots and pans. Friendly staff. Safe parking. Housekeeping scarce

It wasn't bad for the price. Our room didn't have any issues to speak of sheets were clean however the bed was rather stiff, and no ice machine in the halls. We did learn other rooms were having roach problems but I pulled out everything and checked behind under and around and we didn't have any issues

This place is really nasty. Killed at least half a dozen roaches and found egg sacks in the sheets. Room smelled funny when we first got there. Noisy most of the night. Bushes smelled like beer. Broken glass in the parking lots (several places) Hotel staff didn't check my ID when they replaced my key cards that didn't work. No toilet paper, had to go find some.
Also, they limited us to two towels. There were three of us in the room and we had to turn in the two towels before they would give us new ones. Also no daily housekeeping, so we had to take them down ourselves each time.

We had multiple roaches in our room and roach eggs in the bed (the sheets also weren't washed). The first thing we tried to do was turn on the lights and the switch at the front of the room didn't work. There weren't any electrical outlets that I didn't have to hunt down first, I found one outlet that I had to unplug our lamp and clock from just to have a phone charging near our bed.
They were oddly stingy with towels and made you go to the front desk - which closes at 11 pm - with your dirty towels to get new ones, which is really weird to me because literally no other hotel has made me do that. They wouldn't give me more than two towels for the room despite having more than two people, we had to just raid a housekeeping cart for the extra towels for the other people in our room.
They didn't check our ID when we first checked in, and at one point all of our room keys also stopped working and when we went to go get new room keys they didn't ask for an ID or anything, the person seemed annoyed, just asked for our room number and went back to talking to her friend on the phone in the back.
Best advice? Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute mess.response / report this review -

Rates fluctuate based on how many guest stay EACH NIGHT!! Customer service is spotty at best. I DON'T recommend this place.

Nice place hard to find first night but called for directions my gps needs an update though rooms are clean no coffee pot or oven in room but 2 burner stove microwave and full size fridge best part is great water pressure in shower and plenty hot water even in the morning they do have a coffee station in office laundry facilitys on site

This visit was TERRIBLE!! The air didn't work in room, floor wasnt vacuumed,shower had bug in it, the continental breakfast was ridiculous. No milk no juice coffee only. Food- granola bar haha will never stay ever again.

Clean, comfortable beds. Room was clean. Appliances clean and functional. Pet-friendly, too. Check-in was fast. Desk service was great. Conveniently located near interstate.

Arrived at 5:10, only 1 person at check service desk. 5 people ahead of me trying to check in or complaining, plus 3 people coming in to complain about key cards not working or rooms not being cleaned,1 lady came in stating money was missing from her room and only house keeping could have taken it. Yeah she was Mad. Finally got checked in approx 5:45. Room looked nice but shortly things head south. Placed soda in freezer for guick chill and found died fly and a roach (old and frozen photo 10),plus mold on freezer door seam (photo 9) . Top of refrigerator dirty.photo#6 Looked around, cabinet door housing microwave missing and screws just hanging.This would be a SAFETY hazard for small children (photo 6). Now on to the bath room. Looked OK until I went in to take a shower. When I stepped in, the drain cover moved and my toes went in the drain hole! (photo 7,8). I'm just a little pissed but now but I'm tried and needed to wash off so I over looked that. Well at least the water was hot. Sitting on edge of bed I noticed a small bug crawling acoss TV screen, got up and killed it, a roach, damn. Laid back and drifted off. Around 9pm I felt something crawling acoss my face. Oh hell NO!!!!. A big roach had crawled across my face and was sitting on the other pillow. Well after a minute or so of hide and seek big boy met a horrible death (too discussing to photo) Now I'm mad. I did not pay to share a room with roaches. Started getting my s#** together but wanted to get a quick shower again. Turned on the light and 2 or 3 roaches running around. That did it. Since they didn't look like they were leaving I had to. Only positive things about the place was the bed is comfortable (for 3 hour I was in it), the price is very reasonable and the TV was new ( but the satellite keep dropping signal b/c of the rain). So if you don't mine the roaches and poorly maintained room, this would be a great place to stay. But not for me.

I'm only giving it one star because no stars was not an option. This place is dirty. We checked into a room that was never cleaned and then was sent to a second room .also not cleaned. Staff was understanding and wanted to be helpful offering late check out. Management upon checkout had don't care attitudes. Told us we would lose deposit, after all we tolerated. If you have options, do not choose extended stay!

I literally just woke up to a roach crawling across my face. I'm out of here. I've been staying here for a month now for work. If this wasn't already paid for by my company I would have left the first week. It's dirty. There's a 2" gap at the bottom of the door. If it's smaller than a squirrel, it can come and go as it pleases. They are supposed to clean the rooms once a week. The maid has come once only after I requested 3 times after I'd been here for 2 weeks. Rusty moldy dirty bugs super loud. I was brushing my teeth and I could hear my neighbor toilet bowl farting something serious. I almost lost it. They must have kept their food in the fridge. It would make me sick too. I'm positive my other neighbor is a hooker. So I get to hear that too. Wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't such a horrible actress. Sounds like a goddamn howler monkey. Not to mention the door slamming shut every 20-35 min depending on her jons stamina. I complained but I'm sure you can guess how that went. I banged on the wall. She knocked back.. from the looks of it there are quite a few working girls staying here with a likeness I haven't seen outside a seedy motel 6 in southern L.A.. I guess they have to keep the lights on at least the 2 that still work in my room. I think there's a guy that stays in the stairwell. I only say this bc he is posted up in a lawn chair with cooler of beer when I go to sleep and is still there with a beer and cigarette in hand at 6:30 this morning as I leave for work, giving his slurred goodmornings to everyone who passes. I feel on set in an episode of Shameless.. This might actually nake a good reality show. People of Extended Stay..What a dump!

Rooms are nice size and they have handicap accessible rooms. Room includes ministove and mini fridge and microwave
