We cannot say enough about Tranquility Cremation by Aquamation. During the most difficult time of our lives, it was more than we could have ever hoped for. We knew a bit about aquamation , as a cleaner more beneficial option for the environment, and were interested in learning more. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were making the right decision. The main sitting area was very inviting and comfortable, nothing like the stuffy uptight funeral homes we were trying to avoid. The most important part of our decision making though, was Kelly. She is the perfect person for the job. From the first moment that we met her, she put us at ease. She is so caring and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Having come from another state, and being unfamiliar with the area, she helped us in so many different ways. We really appreciate everything she did for us. We give Tranquility Cremation by Aquamation our highest possible recommendation, and think everyone that is looking at cremation as an option should stop in and learn more.

Our family recently lost our mom after a fall, surgery, and a horrible hospitalization. The unexpected nature of this end-of-life experience made decision-making difficult. Kelly, the manager at Tranquility Cremation, was amazing – kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and very responsive to all questions. She accommodated our family’s needs by doing much by phone and text and even navigated problems obtaining a death certificate. Thanks to Kelly and Tranquility, we were able to carry out our mom’s last wishes to be cremated in an environmentally sound way. We highly recommend this business and thank everyone at Tranquility for their professionalism during a highly emotional time.

I am so happy I came across Tranquility. From start to finish it was a delightful experience. Kelly is a compassionate soul who is good at what she does. At first I called around to some cremation facilities to get pricing and information. I was put off by how impersonal and business like they were. I mean this is my mother I'm inquiring about not a car repair! I read about Tranquility and right away I became excited and knew that was the most respectful and gentle way to honor my mom's remains. Kelly made the whole transition so easy. I didn't have to worry about anything.

I had never heard of Aquamation until I received a flyer in the mail, but when my mother in law died I decided to look into it. I am so glad I did. Losing a loved one is hard but when I called Tranquility and talked to Kelly, the manager, about the process and relayed the information to the rest of our family we knew this was the direction we wanted to go.
Kelly was truely amazing though the whole process, she explained everything in such easy to understand terms and was so warm and caring, it was like talking to a friend who was there for us with any questions we had. The process was simple, Tranquility dealt with all the paperwork and logistics, all we had to do was sign paperwork, and, it was surprisingly inexpensive (I know this is not the most important factor but, when you are dealing with a lot of expenses this can make a big difference) I cannot recommend Tranquility highly enough if you have a need for their services.
