Wide variety of products. Bought a sailcloth top for my Wrangler. They didn't have it in stock but had it available the next business day. Will be shopping here more in the future

Trails West is AWESOME!!! I have sent many of my cars and trucks to these guys! They always take their time explaining things and are very good at what they do! They always have the right answers for me when I need something and seem like they are always happy to help! I have been a customer now for over 5 years and recommend them to all my friends and family because I really trust them! THANKS GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Just leaving Trails West. I went in to get shock boots and left with a new set of 35" tires for my Duramax. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service (Ryan) and got a smoking deal on the tires. There's only one 4x4 super store in Central Ohio and it's Trails West !!! 5 stars all the way !!!!

We visited Trails West on Friday September 30th between the hours of 2:30-3:45. We were interested in purchasing front and rear Smittybuilt bumpers and spare tire swivel rack for our 2017 JK. We were prepared to spend more than $2,000.00 today. When we first arrived the gentleman (grey hair middle aged heavy set) seemed less than enthused about helping us. He did look up numerous things for us on the computer and things seemed to be going well, in spite of his less than welcoming greeting. The items were not in stock so they offered the display items, which we were agreeable to. One of the boxes was found and we were shown the contents that went along with the rear bumper. The next step was to get the box for the front bumper. This is where things fell apart. The gentleman who was originally helping us told another team member to get the box. His response was "I did not take it out of the box, so I do not know where the box is". That team member went on to help another customer and the gentleman originally helping us started answering phone calls. There were 2 other people working in the showroom area also helping others. 30 minutes went by and nothing..we were not even addressed. Our one box continued to sit there and new customers continued to come in and be assisted. We walked out and I doubt if they even knew we were gone. This was terrible service that cost your company the loss of a large sale and what I suspect will be the loss of many future sales as word of mouth has a great impact.

No frills, good service. Needed a soft top for my JK - called in, spoke with Brandon, who was able to get me the Bestop I wanted for lower price than I could find on the internet. Dropped the Jeep of in the morning and had it back a couple hours later. Super easy, fair price, quality work.

The only place to get parts for your off-road/4x4 in central Ohio. The staff is knowledgeable and it's like taking with friends not someone you just met.
