If you get a chance to eat here, do it! The experience is amazing. Food is awesome. Service is great. Menu is unique. You will love it! The atmosphere is terrific. In the summer make reservations to sit on the balcony, because the view is amazing.

Con artists??? Are we talking about the same Canton Club Event Center?? I had my daughter's wedding and reception there, nothing but first class mangement, food, and service. Concerning the balcony, it was ubnder contruction for our reception. Unfortunate, but it was explained and we lived with it. They permitted us to use it for pictures. They alsoexplained to us that the flooring was temporary and that it could be easily damaged by smokers or heavy traffic. Okay, understood. "They" don't have the authority to shut anything down. Were they suppose to let you walk out and fall to the ground? Is that a "breach in contact?" Your review, under another name on yahoo smells funny. If people don't show up to your reception, that's their fault? It's a shame that one individual can attempt to smear a great facility but making idiotic statements. As for me, I HIGHLY recommend the facility.

Horrible Customer Service. CON ARTISTS

WE were told in the contract that the balcony was going to be open. WRONG. They shut it down for construction. That was a breach in contract, on there part. Then we didnt have 7 guest show, and they wouldnt give us our extra dinners. Dont do business with these people unless you like getting ripped off. Also dont expect to get any phone calls or responses to your messages from them.
