Awesome! Not only do they have a huge inventory of New vehicles, they also have a lot of used vehicles. The sales people aren't too pushy, and the fleet guys are great which is who I deal with the most. There are amenities while you wait for service to be completed like coffee, donuts, and free WiFi. I highly recommend them and know I will be back!

Omar was very helpful to us. He got us a loaner vehicle with a quickness while our car was getting warranty work done. That means alot when you have a 4 and 5 year old with you.

I have been wanting to trade in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma for quite some time now. I was 16 when I got it and I most definitely was not paying attention when the process was happening. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous to be doing this on my own. With all of the horror stories I have heard about shady car salesman I was unsure of how this experience would go, but the moment I met Gersain, all those nerves went away.
It was like an old friend who was just showing me some amazing Toyota Tacoma's. No pressure. Gersain, Frank and Todd, were all apart of my experience and I am truly lucky to have had such an amazing experience that most people don't have when going to get a car on their own.
I have never actually written a review for anyone before, so that definitely says a lot about my experience. If I could give them a higher rating I would! I can assure anyone who goes to Toyota of Huntington Beach, you won't regret it! Anyone who asks where they should go look for a vehicle, I will be referring them to Toyota of Huntington Beach, Every time! Thank you guys!! I am so stoked about my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Had the pleasure of working with Paul Dankin and Todd Eyster to lease my 2017 Prius. This locations has a very large selection of vehicles and they had the exact model and color I've been looking for. I felt at ease with Paul who did a thorough job of explaining all of the vehicle features and finance options. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The negotiation process was quick and I got a great deal. The paperwork process was also very quick with Todd. The thing I appreciated most was that neither tried to sell me products that I clearly said I didn't want or need (unlike a lot of other dealerships I visited before).
The only complaint I have is that I set a very clear total monthly payment budget for everything. However, during the negotiations, I guess Paul forgot to include the gap insurance fee. He made it sound like it was already included in the total. It wasn't until after I had signed all of the papers that I was told this would push me over my budget (this might just be my mistake as a first time buyer).
Nevertheless, this doesn't discourage me from coming again and I would still recommend this location to others. I still got a great deal and Paul and Todd both provide quality service and I had an enjoyable experience.response / report this review -

Great experience and pricing with Matt on BOTH new cars I bought today! Very respectful of my time on all the appointments I setup with him, very professional, very courteous, and zero pressure.
I've been shopping around for 2-3 weeks for a 4Runner and found the perfect one AND perfect deal at Toyota of HB. I went to several dealers throughout the week and Matt offered me the best overall deal on our 2018 4Runner. We received a great deal on our trade in, monthly price, and total options with a very low down payment. We received the color and all of the options we wanted due to the massive inventory they carry.
I was very impressed with how Matt helped us, and did I mention zero pressure, that I was considering a new Tundra for myself. I loved my old 2007 and really didn't want to get rid of it but again due to the massive selection, saw a very attractive 2017 with 4x4, Crew Cab, and all of the options that were right for me. I gave Matt a shot at a deal with using my existing Tundra as a trade in, and again, he came in at the best overall price monthly, best trade in value for my existing Tundra, very low rates for financing, and best options on a truck in inventory.
Thank you guys for the best selection, price, and overall experience I've had at a dealership, well ever. I liked my first car form you so much I bought a second one. Thanks again you have a customer for life.response / report this review -

I have been a customer with Toyota of Huntington Beach for over 30 years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of service. I recently worked with Paul Dankin, Sales/Leasing, and Todd in financing to lease my new 2017 Toyota Corolla and the experience was the best! I had worked with Paul in 2014 and due to his outstanding service then, is why I returned to work with him again. Between Paul and Todd, I experienced a fair deal without all of the stress of a hard-core negotiation process. They were friendly and made my process of returning my 2014 Corolla and leaving with my new 2017 Corolla a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I will continue to encourage my family and friends to seek out Paul Dankin and Toyota of Huntington Beach when looking to purchased or lease a car. As the title says, they are “The Best of the Best”

My service advisor Rick Rivera is very knowledgeable and polite. He took great care of me and my car! Car issues can be very stressful so it's nice to have someone who knows what to do. I highly recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach and make sure you ask for Rick! Happy customer! 🚘🚗🚘

I took my car in for regular service. I dropped it off in the morning. Check-in was easy and quick. My car was ready when promised. All the people working there made the process easy. They were polite, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Toyota of HB.

It was a very busy morning at Toyota of Huntington Beach's Service Department. I was looking for Omar, my usual Service Advisor, for the past several years. But he was not there. Thus, I asked Rick to help and he was very professional, kind, and friendly to me. To my surprise, I was there for only 42 minutes (from the time Rick had checked my vehicle in for service to the time I actually drove my car out of Toyota of Huntington Beach). There were a lot of customers waiting in the waiting area, but they all appeared to be happy with the waiting time. Thank you very much Rick for your prompt and professional assistance! Thank you very much Toyota of Huntington Beach for hiring such wonderful employees like Rick and Omar!

I was very impressed with the caring team at Toyota of Huntington Beach who helped find me a great used car! It was worth driving the extra distance to experience their high level of service, from the top down. My friend who accompanied me said as we left, "I know where I'm going to buy my next car" and he did! I just referred another friend last week! It's easy when you meet such a high caliper of people who are committed to the mission of this special dealership, to find the right car for you!
