Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Sterling BMW's Service Department. My service advisor, Adam, really knocked himself out to be accommodating! From my initial phone call to make the appointment right through to the pick up at the needed time, I was treated with the utmost customer service. This was not my first experience there, but each time I'm becoming more appreciative of their excellent service!

Sterling BMW is awesome! They have an amazing staff that go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction! Everyone is very friendly and professional. If you're in the market for a BMW, go see John Drake and I know he will take care of you! I had wonderful and top notch service with Tony in service department. He was super friendly and knows what he’s talking about and will try and do everything he can’t to make you pleased. I was introduced to him by Alek petrosyan who has a great personality and is super friend and is motivated to get you in a car in your budget. I love sterling. Thank you guys bunches. Definitely getting another car from here!

John V with Sterling BMW is fabulous!! We essentially coordinated the deal via text/email, and by the time I arrived at Sterling, everything was ready to go. They offered a very aggressive interest rate on my loan, so it was a one-stop process for me. Ruth in financing is a gem too, friendly and professional. Overall I was impressed w everyone I encountered At the dealership. 5 stars all around!!!!

Kristie Endicott is the best. She has helped me on numerous occasions with fast service and a sweet demeanor. Whenever I have an issue I go to Sterling even if it's out of the way, because I know I'll get the help I need there. The rest of the staff is great too, always making me feel welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
