Service department is fine, but we won't buy another car from this dealer. We purchased a new Odyssey Elite before they had it on hand. The had to do a dealer transfer to get it, but insisted we needed to do the purchase paperwork before they'd do the transfer, Foolish of me to agree. There were a couple options (roof rack, tow hitch) the salesman (Jay-Z) explicitly guaranteed were included, but when the car arrived they were not. Their response? We'll give you a discount on the parts. Are you kidding me?!? The second and last time I buy a car from Frank, Jay-Z or anyone else here. And NEVER buy a car sight unseen.

Andrew Montgomery is the icon of a "Helpful Honda Guy". He got me the best payment for my new 2018 Honda out of the 3 Honda dealers I shopped (Irvine Norm Reeves, RSM Norm Reeves, Freeway Honda). I usually cringe when it becomes time to get a new car but Andrew made this experience as my first ever auto buying experience where I was 100% satisfied. He was thorough with finding the best car and trim that fit my needs.

Andrew took me out on a test multiple test drives with multiple cars on multiple occasions until I was ready. Frank was his desk manager and that helped him get me the payment quoted and saw us all the way to the financing dept. If you in search of a Honda, you should go to RSM Honda ask for Andrew and be upfront and honest with him about what you are looking for and what your budget is

Don't get me wrong, Honda is a good car, but this is a bad place to do business. The sales people are only interested in business which benefits their quota, they will hoodwink you and not disclose all details of liability. I rarely write reviews (my third review I've ever written), if I do it is based off truly terrible service that I would give up some time to share my thought. Customer service matters, especially in this line of work, I do not recommended going to this Honda center for any services.

Service department is awesome! The coffee machine is bomb with fresh grounds. They didn't give me attitude when I had to reschedule, they were on time and very friendly. The shuttle driver was polite and made good conversation. And they helped me with a bonehead emergency I had with my glove box. My experience was a stark contrast to Norm Reeves Honda in Lake Forest, thank goodness. I will return here for all my services!

I have been to a few Honda dealerships in my time, and RSM Honda has to be one of the greatest dealerships that I have ever been to. The sales person Andrew was an amazing sales person, never pushed me to buy the car, helped me out extensively and made my experience enjoyable.

The total amount of time from start to finish was very short, he knows how to run and sale cars and not make you feel like a number.

I personally got to work with the Gm and he worked really hard as well to get me my price that I was willing to pay. He and his team are outstanding and I recommend everyone to buy a car from RSM Honda.

we wanted a car is a specific color and after long search found out no dealership around us have it. We were commanded Hamid from some one in our church group and he frankly pulled a miracle. he found the car we wanted in a color we wanted, worked a great price and since we lived so far away from his dealership, he even delivered it. What a great team he has. highly recommend Hamid. You will not be disappointed

High pressure sales, even when we said we were only interested in a test drive at this point and would absolutely not be buying that day. Not an enjoyable visit at all. We bought elsewhere.

Head to David at service and he'll you provide exceptional service, care, attentiveness and priority! He always takes good care of our family and so kind to my 2 year old daughter who comes in tow with me to the service appointments. They have a nice kid room with legos and cartoons and keeps my little ones busy while we wait!

Sadly I have really lost faith and trust in service for this location. First I was quoted one price for a part at the parts desk. Then when I go to the service tech to have the work written up he marks up double what I was quoted?! This was a mistake that "was made" by the parts desk person who I was informed they would have a talk with. I verified the part cost online to get a ballpark cost, the parts guy was being honest for quote. Hmmmm. Next, I'm due for smog looking to do the minimum needed on my van to get it to pass I explain my situation and get quoted, about $2600 to fix. Frustrated, due to the vans age outside warranty I go to my brother-in-laws guy. $1300 with smog included. Also a reasonable plan to fix other items when I could afford them. Buyer beware here and get secondary quotes if you use them.
