Get here early to grab a place to sit. The food was okay..they do not modify your food order in any way - not even remove the cheese so that's a downer for health conscious pplIt's very noisy but if you are here in a big group it's fun but not if you are trying to have a romantic evening. It's okay overallnot so great but not too bad either. I found it to be a bit boring.

This place serves one of the best burger in Los Angeles. They have a great selection of beers and food. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great burger and beer combo.free parking which is great, the inside is super dark (we used the flashlight on our phones to see the menu), there isn't much to the menu food wise, the burger is fab though, the fries are ok (but NO ketchup.) the beer menu is extensive, you seat yourself and order yourself (no waiters), and there are heaters outside, which makes it totally bearable when is a little chilly. overall pretty great place.

Great lineup of craft beer and a lot of different food options on the menu. Other shops are within walking distance as well.

Good food. Can't customize burger option. They're known for making it perfect the first time!

Better than expected. Awesome burger. Great sweet potatoes. Excelent selection of beers. Great atmosphere. Don't expect to spend less than $25

The burger was phenomenal. Best meat and prep I've possibly ever had. Great draft selection, cool concept in a nice facility.

First time at Father's Office. The burger with aged beef and arugula was amazing. Our bar tender knew about the beers. Recommended local brews that are hard to find on tap. Great spot. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, lots of fantastic beers on tap. The "no substitutions, no deletions, no additions" rule is somewhat overbearing, but all the food we had was SO good! Looking forward to coming back. Great for a date night or hanging out with friends.

Great burgers in a cool, trendy bar. There's covered outside seating to compliment the fairly small inside. Loads of choices of draft beers from all over the world. Beers are a little expensive though

Stopped by after work to meet my friend who recommended this place. Had a cool concept of open seating ordered the burger was very surprised on how good it was, I highly recommend this place to anyone may be a bit pricey at 24$ for some but then again you are in Santa Monica.

Great for hanging out with friends over beer and fries. Always busy, so sometimes hard to find seating for a larger group. Food is delicious, but a little on a pricey side for a bar.

One of the first places to successfully bring fine dining concepts to the bar environment. A ton of different beers on tap. The burger is to die for. Worth a visit if you're in that part of town. Fills up fast, so come early if you don't want to hover over a table waiting to poach it. Indoor and outdoor seating. 21 and over is strictly enforced.

Really poorly lit, too loud at night to actually have a conversation without yelling, you can't substitute, add or subtract anything on the menu, and it's often hard to get a table. I ordered the duck confit salad which was pretty good, but I came with a friend and they brought out the salad like ten minutes earlier than my friend's order, which was kind of awkward since we were both hungry and I didn't want to eat by myself and have my friend watch. So we ended up staring at the salad waiting for the other order to come out

Must be 21 years old to enter. Nice Seating area on the porch, they have some decent dishes. I originally came here for their hamburger which is very famous, it was good but had a smoked flavor which I do not like in a burger. Others might diagree with this , so if you think you want a high quality smoked burger meat and a place to hang out with friends then this would be perfect.
