I purchased my BMW here, and I was helped by Mark, who was great help. I have been looking for BMW for awhile and didn't think I was going to drive away with a new car.
I had few issues which is why I gave it 4 star. Service lights when I drove away. Another is that my car wasn't exactly detailed and I had to clean it myself when I got home.
Other than that I love my car

I can't just 'like' this post. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a BMW or even a high quality used car, PLEASE give The Nicest Guy In The Car Business, Christopher McMillan Sr. at call. I DID! and he did exactly as I asked in my search for a car. That means, he listened and respected my parameters and constraints in what I wanted; not just try and talk me into whatever he wanted me to have. The result was a very excellent BMW at an astonishing price. (I must say this car has very few miles). When the deal was done, he (and his wife) drove the car down to ME! Oh did I say he gave me an astonishing price.Yes, go see this man! You will learn why he is The Nicest Guy In The Car Business. Thanks Chris.

My husband Anthony Gardner spoke with Chris via phone. A date/time was set up. When we arrived Chris was available and introduced himself and showed us around the show room. His hospitality was great and most of all he was very friendly and a care free personality. The 2015 SUV x3 on the floor was right in front of his desk. He showed us the car and did a terrific demo. He really sold me, Audrey Gardner on the car. I was very impressed. Finally, financial issues were in place and he worked with us to get the best deal ever. I would recommend him as a salesman as well as, Townsend BMW as your next dealership.

After weeks of searching and test driving 550 series, I found the best deal at Townsend BMW. Living in LA, there are tons of BMW on the street especially when we drive around Beverly Hills. However, my husband wanted a fully loaded, M package, Executive package black on black which is pretty much the best of the best for the 5 series. I called the dealership and spoke with Michael. He was pretty straightforward, easy to talk to and we closed the deal within minutes with him willing to ship the car to LA from Alabama. We bought it sight unseen feeling extremely confident after reading some rave reviews about the dealership online. He was on top of the process, answering questions via email even after hours and getting us the paperwork extremely fast.

His manager Kevin was helpful on things that we needed and was able to assist us in on certain things that we needed. We even got a couple of small gifts from Michael. It was nice to have someone go over and beyond and the small things meant a lot to us.
