If I could give more stars, I would!!!!! I was looking for a Melissa & Doug Advent Calendar but the few online stores that had one were charging an INSANE amount of money. Wagner's Shoes had it reasonably priced. I sent it to my friend to give to her toddler son. Don't know what happened but they never received it. UPS said they delivered it but it wasn't at their doorstep. I contacted UPS who opened an investigation and decided to contact Wagners. They were WONDERFUL. They also contacted UPS and went ahead an sent out a REPLACEMENT while UPS conducts their investigation. From the bottom of my heart, I couldn't say thank you enough! They received the package and her son loved it. Wagner's, you truly know how to make a customer happy! Merry Christmas!!!

they have shoes for hard to fit children and will even special order something if they dont' have it. The only shoes my son wears comes from Wagners
