One of the best service departments I’ve been to. They are honest and efficient but my favorite part is they don’t try to sell services you don’t yet need. They also tell you what services to expect in the future so you can plan and prepare for those expenses rather than being surprised.
3000 mile oil change and tire balance done on time and quickly with excellent results. Service person very knowledgeable and courteous. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"The All New Carlock Chrysler Dodge Service Experience"No Thanks!
After 2 years of service with only a couple minor issues our business dealings have officially came to an end. My Wife's car was damaged in August by then Locklear Service Department 3 months later after numerous unreturned phone calls, I finally was able to contact them for an appointment to have it repaired. It was a failed attempt to repair our car, which should never have been damaged in the first place, especially at an, Authorized Factory Service Dealership. Deep scratches in the hood, torn weatherstrip, damaged paint not to mention Oil Change Sticker wasn't even updated?? Did they even change the oil? It's not worth going to jail over, you might feel differently though if you use their service. Very disappointing service, and especially when they tell you, their doing you a favor "Going on good faith here." I'm sorry, thank you for damaging my Wife's car. WE customers need to be more grateful when we bring our expensive vehicles in for repair at Carlock. I'll go ahead and take a screwdriver to the Hellcat and save you all the time!
The service at Carlock Chrysler in Tuscaloosa is phenomenal. They treat you with respect and truly care about their clients. I don't go any other place to have work on my cars. I trust them to correct any problem my car has.
I highly recommend them. So take your vehicles there for service the next time you need an oil change or work on anything under the hood of you vehicle.
Good for repairs. Better communication needed if you need shuttle service. Even if you there at opening, shuttle service will leave while tech is still writing up your service. Then you may wait a long while til it returns.
Waited for rain to stop on 07/13/17 around 4:30 pm. No one came out to help me with a 2017 Durango I was interested in. Went inside and was ignored by at least 2 sales people for about 10 minutes. I went back out and passed folks entering building. Less than a minute later they exited with one of the sales people who had ignored me. I gave the whole lot of them a special look as I got in my Challenger and drove away. It's a good thing I bought it somewhere else. They would not have been able to ignore me.
No one in town wanted to help me but Christopher!! I had been to the dealership before and they couldn't get me approved. I was treated so well when I came before I wanted to give him another chance. He deserved it. Christopher went above and beyond to help me and make me happy with my new Tundra. If you want to deal with a true professional and an honest man, ask for The nicest guy in the car business. He is all of that and some Thanks again Chris. -John D.
My experience with Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM was fantastic. Their sales department is nothing shy of friendly and professional. Whitney Jones made the process of finding my 2016 Chrysler 200 easy and enjoyable. Whitney, not only listened to what I needed out of my purchase, but he worked hard and got me the best deal possible. If you are looking for a new or used Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or RAM, go see Whitney Jones and he will put you behind the wheel of great vehicle. Five stars all around.
Matt at Locklear was awesome to work with! I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Compass from him and the process was seamless. I called, he made great recommendations on a few cars (it was like he was reading my mind) and I found the perfect one! I was in California at the time so Matt helped me make specific arrangements to come to Tuscaloosa, purchase the car on New Years Eve, and make it home in time to watch the Cotton Bowl. He was with us every step of the way. Great service, friendly people, 10/10 would recommend. Love my new Compass!
Terrible dealership. After 2 hours of working on a deal, they claimed the car was sold. No apologies, except from our pitiful salesman, or explanation. One sales manager on duty, and he was oblivious to the fact that two salesman were handing him offer sheets on the same car? It was the only Durango R/T on the lot! Ridiculous!
The worst decision of my life was doing business with Locklear. They are rude, unprofessional, and undeserving of hardworking patrons. Please, if you'd like your money to be spent well, don't do it here.
If you like stereotypical shady car sales men this dump is a hole in one! Drove 110 miles there to get a car even though I was first and had the key in my hand and was looking over the book they took the keys and sold it to a guy that got there after me! BUYERS BE CAREFULL SHADY DEALER!
I had the best experience at Locklear. The sales rep was knowledgeable and extremely fair. I had been looking at Jeeps for some time , doing my research, and I found right here at home had the absolute best deal around. They made sure it was clean and the service department was excellent when I spoke to them about oil changes, tire rotation ..etc I will buy all my future cars through Locklear Dodge.
Thank you for such a great service and detail to the things I wanted.
I made an appointment online with Jasmine and when I get there I was greeted by a salesman who never told us his name. We wanted to come see a Kia Soul. When I told him we were there to see it he quickly commented, "Great! We had someone come to look at it this morning, but the funds weren't there so it's still here." I figured that is something he's probably rehearsed with all vehicles. So the gentleman tells my husband and I to hold on while he looks for the key. We walk around the showroom for several minutes waiting for him to "find the key". During this time he was walking around texting. Another customer came in that said she had bought a Jeep from him a year ago and after that it went even more downhill. We waited over 20 minutes for him to look for these keys. You would think they would be readily available since someone just looked at it. He finally comes to us to say that the car is in detail and he isn't sure where the keys are and he would be right back. Five more minutes later he comes to say the keys are in the vault and he's unable to get them, but we can still look at it. He tried to find a golf cart and finally we just decided to walk. The car wasn't in any detail bay. It was sitting exactly where it was in the photo online. He couldn't answer basic questions about the car and really didn't seem to want the sale. He said we could come back on Monday, but we aren't interested. In short, it seems like he was more interested in getting us out of the door so that he could see the other customers. It's a shame because he missed out on a sale. Horrible customer service.
