Quiet, clean, big rooms. A few issues with kitchen stuff, albeit minor, but good full kitchen. Front office staff not in synch on cab companies, who to call. Close to regional transit light rail station, walking distance.

Clean, friendly and safe feeling. Great breakfast with eggs and meat as well as cereal and bread options included. Several food and entertainment options in walking distance. A little bit on the tired side, but a remodel is underway. Overall very satisfactory.

The hotel is outdated. The location is good though. If you have a small family of 3 or less, or on a business trip for a.short stay this will work. If you are there for an extended stay I would go somewhere else. The breakfast was also very good.

Very busy on a Friday night, but I was seated in less than 15 minutes. Their new menu looks great. The food is always good.

This is a pretty run down place, they clearly renovated the outside, but the inside needs some work.

Pros include it's location, near the light rail and north of the DTC. Beds are comfy. Staff us GREAT.

Cons include it's price, it's shoddy look, and it's outdated furniture/fixtures.

It's too cheap for it's price point, other places offer much better rooms for slightly higher prices.

I am in a wheelchair and the basic rooms that are handicap accessible are small and retrofitted. This means that my ability to use the stove and sink were very limited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating which took a 3 star to a 4 star.

The employees were so wonderful at this hotel. I travel often and this hotel was one of the best I've ever been to. From the moment I arrived the service was excellent! I can't say enough about the staff and the room was clean and very large. Anytime I'm in Denver this will be my go to place.

Just checked out from a great stay at TownPlace Suites. Overall great service. The staff at the front desk as well as the housekeepers were always friendly, the room was immaculate, and the amenities were exactly what was promised on the website. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great customer service! The girl at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The rooms are completely stocked with a kitchenette which is nice when you don't want to eat out constantly. What more could you ask for?

My family and I needed a place to stay in Denver while we moved my brother into his new apartment. After reading online reviews, we decided to book at this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite for 7 nights. The suite itself was similar to a nice apartment unit, with a full kitchen stocked with necessary kitchenware and televisions included in each bedroom and the living room. Everyone in my family had a comfortable area to enjoy to themselves after a long day.

Best of all, the entire staff - including the front desk receptionists, breakfast severs, and maids - were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was located in a convenient location: hidden from busy streets, and yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and a movie theater. The hotel itself also had a coin laundry, which came in handy during our extended stay.

My only complaint is that the staff should notify guests in advance of maintenance. We were unable to access water in our suite for 4 hours one afternoon, and I only received an explanation about water maintenance after calling the front desk. It was definitely a frustrating situation at the time that put our day's schedule on hold.

Despite this, if you're considering to visit the area (especially with family), definitely consider this hotel at the top of your list!

Reluctantly stay here when the Denver rates are too damn high. The rooms are pretty dirty and dated. The love seat and chair are that old nasty fabric and the arms are darker than the rest. Yuck. Also I travel with Clorox wipes. I'll just say that wiping down the desk and kitchen counter results in a dark wipe. Also the bathroom door handles and light switches. Yikes. Lastly if you get a room with an old A/C unit, good luck. You will roast. Management needs to spend some serious money updating this property if they want to continue asking a fortune per night.

Check-in went smoothly, got a perfect room, enjoy that there is a movie theater and restaurant in the same parking lot. Staff were wonderful in check-in and for breakfast. Breakfast was great, inky detriment if any is one waffle iron, which creates a bit of a backup or you could just cook breakfast in your own room.

Got an excellent deal on the room. I was super excited to have all the comforts of home with the furnished kitchen. Just knowing that i could bake a batch of chocolate chip cookies if I chose too while on vacation was great. There was a grocery store and chillies restaurant within walking distance. Most importantly the room was clean and the bed was comfy.
