AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! Broken AC that wasn’t fixed. Staff barge in without knocking twice in one day. FILTHY bathroom!!!

On day one of a two week stay, I had a random housekeeping worker barge into my hotel room without knocking. I literally woke up from my nap to discover a totally random, uninvited Hispanic male standing in the middle of my hotel living room. He claimed he was there to drop off two new bottles of water that were meant for guests to pay for if consumed. I submitted a complaint but was informed the manager was gone.

My air conditioner continuously blows warm air. It fails to cool the air at all and it is impossible to open the windows, so the entire hotel room is stuffy and hot.

The maintenance worker attempted to resolve the issue but this did not fix the problem and the AC continues to blow warm air. While he was working on it, another housekeeping attended barged into my room without knocking. Jesse, the maintenance worker was my witness and confirmed with me that this was a significant violation. He said he would be my witness to this second invasive violation by the housekeeping workers.

The tile floor in my bathroom looks absolutely filthy as thought I was never cleaned on the left side. I took pictures and plan on uploading them to social media as proof.

STAY AWAY from Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center North!

Nice place to stay. Experienced elevator problems but they are working on it. I enjoyed the exercise room!

WOW! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Free breakfast was finominal. Fresh omelettes cook right in front of you. Also the happy hour with snacks and free wine beer and well drinks. Great stay.

The hotel was in a decent location, and the lobby & reception area were really nice. Check in was fast and easy. The suite I stayed in was large and comfortable. However, it was also obviously dated. Fixtures were loose, it needed new paint, and their attempts to repair the floor of the bath tub left it looking dirty. Service was fantastic, and employees were friendly.

Embassy Suites is a great place to stay whether you're on business or just enjoying a little pleasure time. Free breakfast for the family in the morning and complimentary Cocktails for Mom and Dad between 5-7 in the evening. Great place!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Is the place perfect? No, but it's perfectly located. Literally anything you could want or need is probably no more than 1000 feet from the hotel (including a Target, two pharmacies, a couple of bars, and a bevy of restaurants.) Not that you may need those things, as breakfast is offered every morning and has their own bar in the lobby. Rooms are pretty spacious too and stay dark for those who need those extra hours of sleep.

This hotel is located in a convenient location in the Hampden South area. The hotel has spacious rooms so traveling with children is more convenient. There is a free breakfast every morning which is a benefit to the stay. Usually free breakfasts at hotels are not very good but this hotel has a good breakfast with very good service. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is great! The layout is open and modern. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is fresh. The room was made her than expected and had several options. The parking and lain entrance were back from the lain highway which I found more convenient. I have already planned my next stay.

My husband and daughters and I stayed here while in town for a medical specialist appointment. This hotel was perfect for us. The staff is genuinely friendly, the beds have crisp tight fitted sheets, the breakfast is above average for a buffet, the relaxed atmosphere and abundant seating and generous flat screens with variety make this hotel enjoyable! The price didn't break the bank.

No issue when checking in and the breakfast is awesome. The housekeeping accommodated our schedules too. And all the board games make it a fun hotel to stay at

The hotel is a little on the older side, but the rooms were remodeled. I was happy that the room had a safe and an extra sink in the room. Service during check in/out and breakfast was good. The cable guide wasn't working properly (could still watch though), but I didn't bothered asking for help with it since we barely used the TV. All in all, very good experience. I would've given it 5 stars, but maybe I'm just too used to the hotels in Vegas.

This is an original Embassy Suites property and building and it is well cared for and maintained. Mostly the staff are nice and efficient. I happen to like this throwback to my early days of travelling. For the most part when it comes to business travel, it's the staff that makes the difference and this Embassy Suites location treats me like an acquaintance and valued guest.
