This place is my go to place when I crave for ice cream. They have very interesting flavours. They are very generous in terms of amount served. Parking is big pain if you are going in the evening but you will find street parking after looking around. A perfect place if you are in this area and looking for innovative ice cream flavours ( Dontry Kulfi & Coffee Almond one - These are flavours to die for)

Lovely staff, very delicious ice-cream. Also loved their ice-cream sundae. It's neither too big nor too small of the place and in such a central location. You can mix any 2 scoops of your favorite homemade ice-cream flavors. They have some unique flavors that I've never heard of before.

Amazing creamy ice cream. I had Cake Batter and Chocolate Lemon. My wife had B3 (Butter, brown sugar, Brownie) and Heath Bar. The chocolate lemon was like having really good chocolate ice cream then BAM! lemon! The B3 was pretty much one of the best ice cream flavors I have ever tasted. We are going back tomorrow night for more!!!

Toscanini's have quite a history and since it's also one of the oldest creameries I had to see what they have to offer in this city filled with comfort food.
Went here on a Sunday night and boy was this place packed!! There were such a variety of treats: ice cream sandwiches, cakes, and they even had coffee. Affogato anyone? I was recommended Burnt Carmel ice cream. There were a TON of other flavors, some which caught my attention more than Burnt Caramel. There was an Early Gray which was bold in flavor yet lighter than others. It was like a stroll in the park on a spring afternoon, even though it was freezing cold that night.
Burnt Caramel could be everyone's favorite, which was as it tasted straight up burnt caramel, but Earl Gray won my heart. For $5 of a combo of two flavors, it was well worth the quality and taste.

Probably one of the best ice cream places I've ever been to. There' variety of flavors. My personal favorite is Burnt Caramel.

If you like espresso, and you like ice cream, you kind of need to go to this place. Seriously. You will not be disappointed. Very little room to eat inside, but so what. There are a couple of benches on the sidewalk. Just go.

Wide variety of delicious ice creams in classic and inventive flavors! The flavors were intense and the texture was creamy and not overly dense. It was also cold - one might even say icey. You can split/scoop here so you can get two flavors in a single scoop - or you can just be an adult about it and get a scoop full scoop of each. There is a small case of ice cream cakes available - if I lived near here it would be my birthday cake every year! They also serve coffees and limited pastries. There is significant seating so you can enjoy your ice cream at leisure.

Amazing ice cream, sorbet, and more. Prices comparable to if not slightly lower than similar places like JP Licks but more flavors. Extremely popular. When lines are out the door they limit you to two samples - very fair. When things are slower and you can get a seat, there are outlets accessible at almost all of them. If you're like me and you get choice-shock when you face a selection of 30+ flavors, fear not: There are no bad choices here 😊

Some of the best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream I've ever had, and the staff was generally friendly.
The weird thing about this place is the door. It seems like there is a long line here often so the doors are left open due to the line. There are signs that state "Please keep the door closed. We like our AC and ice cream melts." The staff try to politely enforce this policy, but the most patrons don't care and the door ends up being open most of the time. Give up on the door or have an ice cream door bouncer.response / report this review -

WORTH THE WAIT! On a whim my family and I stopped here the weekend of the Boston Marathon. Despite the line out the door and down the block, we were to the ice cream coolers placing our order in less than 20 minutes. I opted for the Chocolate Pudding and Grape Nut double scoop which were heavenly. The Chocolate Pudding was very rich and creamy and the Grape Nut- an unexpected ice cream flavor- was like eating a bowl of cereal. I would DEFINITELY come back to this ice cream shop!

I waited in line for 20 minutes. I am thankful for my 20 minute wait in line when I got to the front. The staff are wonderfully helpful and willing to let you try any flavor on the menu, and it's a huge menu!
It's a little pricy, but definitely worth what you pay. If you come during off times (pretty much only during the winter or the work day), you'll be able to sit at some neat tables or comfy chairs throughout. Hard to get them during peak hours, so you'll probably have to sit outside or stand, but in the summer? There's a park right across the street that's lovely for eating ice cream.
I have tried tons of different flavors between my boyfriend and I, and I'm excited to keep trying more. Would definitely recommend.response / report this review
