  U-Haul's website doesn't make it clear that what they charge per-mile. In comparison, Budget Truck's website makes this very clear. I thought that U-Haul was giving me a better price and reserved a truck. When I arrived to pick up my truck I found out that I'd have to pay an additional ~$100 for the trip I had planned. I feel baited-and-switched. Cancelled the truck. Very inconvenient. Very irritating.

  Had a hitch installed here. In the process they knocked out a brake light and disabled my automatic side mirror adjuster. I do not recommend having any of these buffoons get anywhere near your vehicle's fuse box.

  Good experience renting a storage locker, manager was a nice guy- waived next months rent as I moved out within 2 days of the next bill date

  I wish I was one of the people who had a good experience here, but unfortunately I am not. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We book our appointment to pick up our Ubox three weeks in advance. When we arrived they couldn't find the box, and after 20 minutes of waiting we ended up finding the box ourselves. We then had to wait for the employee to load it into a trailer. He was moving the forklift very dangerously and also used it to move the trailer. Also, a different employee, without telling us, got in the truck we had rented, moved it out of her way, running smack into the hitch of a trailer multiple times, and then did not return the truck to where she had found it. They also did not check to see if the electrical connection between the trailer and truck was working, so we did it ourselves. So, so bad. All of the other Uhaul's I've been to have been great, but this location was terrible, at least the day we went.

  Nice employees and good service. Suggest the online check in so you don't have to wait. Was in and out with my vehicle in no time.

  Such a great rental experience! Everybody was so nice the whole time, even when I needed a whole extra day on short notice. I have NO idea what some of the bad reviewers are talking about.
  
  I would point out SOME of the bad reviews seem fake unless somebodies real name is "individual Individual"? :)

  The worst place to rent a U-Haul They charged me for Stuff I didn't do. Their fuel reading was wrong. And when I called they simply didn't solve it. Will never do it from there at all.

  Customer service is great, answered all my questions and got the right size truck for what I needed to move. Got everything done in just one haul.
