Ben was extremely thorough with our inspection. He pointed out things, and qualified them into categories of importance and relevance. He made an extra trip back to the property to double check some of the facts. Aaron and Ben were such a pleasure to work with. They performed a very thorough and professional inspection of a home that we were considering purchasing. After the inspection they walked us around the house to discuss their findings. Karl at Top Notch Inspections was very professional, from the website to his communications, promptness, and final report. He explained everything very well. He showed up when he said he would. The report was done within a few hours of the inspection completion. The photos he took showing the issues were very clear. The report was easy to understand. He even called me to discuss to make sure I understood everything. In my opinion, Karl did everything he could do to make this inspection pain free for me as the new home buyer.
