TO DISCOVER!!!
Disgusting attitude towards their customers! To being a goog customer since 2018 completed all requests surveys and made every payment on time. Discover closed my account without any explanation! But, the reason Discover has unprofessional workers, who didn’t checking completed surveys by customers correctly! RESULT: CLOSED ACCOUNT!!! Worst experience EVER!! Never Again!!!! Long time bank and credit card customer. I was sent a notice to use my card at 0% April. I used it and then they froze my account saying they needed two years tax returns! Ya, sure. I have cards with all the top 20 card issuers and a 803 credit score. Never heard of this so bye bye trash bank and credit card company! I closed my accounts and will NEVER recommend them again. Never had a problem untill now. Oh well Citi and AMX treat me good.

Just froze my account and plan to cancel if terms/conditions change which require annual fee of any sort. If you can take political action to prevent Kyle Rittenhouse from getting a fair trial when we have all seen the videos, we can take political action against your organization. Prepare for backlash.

Customer service when you call discovery is incredible. Better than jake from statefarm. They really go out of their way to help you and don't leave you on hold like ever, they really seem to care about helping you and the guys I spoke to on the phone particularly Steve had outstanding customer service 10 or of 5 stars.

I tried speaking with someone in myHR Service Center and they were rude, were eating while they were talking to me and then hung up on me after saying they couldn't help me with my problem without trying to help me find a solution.

Discover's price match benefit appears rigged to deny your claims. They declined my price match on a TV because the lower price I found included a FREE HDMI cable. I avoid using Discover whenever I can now. Very disappointed because Discover used to be my favorite CC.

Discover lowered my interest rate with no problem at all! I called and simply asked, they said I was eligible and applied it to my account immediately. So easy!
