People are helpful there but also let you shop on your own so you don't feel hovered over.

It's hit or miss on service. For the most part the team is very friendly and willing to help but every once in awhile you catch them on an off day or a day that they are very busy. Usually not the case, 6 people said hi to me and offered to hold my items at the counter. It's a destination make sure you have the time to look around.

Horrible service! I stood at the checkout for 5 minutes while workers were passing by me. No help. With all the employees on staff they should have someone at the checkout for me.

Thank you to Juliane for all of your help finding 2 perfect jeans for me! The hard part was having to only choose 2 pairs! What a great selection to chose from! This was a great shopping experience and I look forward to going back!

As someone who didn't grow up in Buffalo, I had NO idea what Tony Walker & Co had in store for me - literally, in store - they have some of the best brands that you can't get anywhere else in the area. Walking through the store for the first time felt like being a kid in a candy shop - I wanted everything! My latest obsession is the Bogavia line they carry in B+B it has taken over my bathroom at home. The girls in B+B are always so helpful with my questions, and so nice! Plus, where else can you shop where they give you free mimosas when you get there? Tony Walker has the best atmosphere for shopping!

The staff seems to know what they're talking about - some of these brands I am not that familiar with and they knew all about them: what celebrities are wearing it, the background story on the brand, what the newest items are in the store. Everyone was friendly and I received multiple 'hellos' as I walked throughout the store.
This is a great place to shop for yourself too. The denim selection is great and they'll take the time to fit you for the perfect pair. They have a Jean Trade-In event a few times throughout the year where you can save on a new pair if you bring in an old pair. The in-house seamstresses are a hidden gem that I don't think many customers know about. I am short and always need my jeans hemmed - it was super convenient that a seamstress was right there to work on the jeans I just purchased. They also alter clothing that is not bought at their store.
Overall I would recommend this store to someone who is looking for a nice, unique gift, or for a fashionista looking for the newest trends - this is the IT place in Buffalo.report this review -

Friendly staff who were very informative on the type of clothing I was looking for. Ashley Hall from the men's shop helped me a bunch and picked out a great pair of jeans for me!

I talked up the jean selection, and the help you get from the staff so much that this was the place my West Coast daughters wanted to visit over the holidays. Expensive for us, but but worth it for good quality jeans you feel good wearing, and can wear for years. Make sure you find someone to help you there are too many choices!
