Excellent food and excellent service. Great whiskey and scotch selection. Capellini was delicious and my girlfriend's lasagna was delicious as well. You have to try the tuna cones! I could have eaten 10 of them. We will definitely come back to Toma on our next Santa Barbara trip.

Best meal of our recent trip on the North coast. Very hospitable. Go for the various pasta dishes, they have lots of great things and sauces.

The reputation is well earned. We split the arugula salad, homemade lasagna and olive oil cake, plus a delicious wine. We were able to sneak a seat at the bar without reservations and Jerry at the bar was wonderful. If we lived in the area this would be a regular spot. Highly recommended.

Had a quick dinner at the bar. Best Italian food I've had outside Italy. I had ravioli in tomato sauce and olive oil cake. The tomato sauce was perfect, very smooth but tasteful. The ravioli and filling was well cooked and good ratio sauce/pasta/filling. I really enjoyed the olive oil cake combined with mandarins. Service was excellent. Thank you!

The scallops were perfect never had better. The black spaghetti w/ clams was bland in flavor. The chocolate dessert was great ! The service was excellent The dining experience was great!

This is a great little romantic spot. The bar could be bigger, or add some bistro seating outside for waiting. The service and the food were very well done. We had the octopus, scallops, and the short rib, and all were excellent. Tony the owner and the hostess were very professional but not pretentious. Great way to celebrate our move to Chicago and our 18th anniversary!

Just grabbed lunch there to go and it was tasty! Liam was awesome and recommended the GFC Sandwich - I would order again! Glad to have this gem in walking distance from my house. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

Usually I really enjoy this restaurant, the Santa Barbara location. I had high hopes but service was ehhhh, and I think I just ordered the wrong thing on the menu. Greek salad and lentil soup. I've had the tofu skewers in past with veggies which were delicious.

This my favorite classic Italian restaurant with old school vibe. The dishes are made to perfection. A beautiful quite dining room with comfortable booths. The service is exceptional warm and efficient.
You have to love Frank Sinatra playing in the background.

We were so pleasantly surprised to have such a delicious Italian dinner in Santa Barbara! The service was impeccable, there was NO wait time, and the food was unbelievable. We had such a great experience.

We are sharers, so we got four items and split them. Note: the bread should be considered a fifth item. It was delicious and warm and we tore through it. It comes served with butter but is much better with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper - ask for some!

Start with the artichokes. They are fried and come atop a garlic aioli. They are so good, and there are quite a few, so this dish is a great appetizer to share. The octopus salad was also delicious. THE BEST octopus I've ever had.

The rigatoni with vodka sauce and sausage was incredible. We shared that and the black spaghetti seafood pasta - unreal. So happy with this restaurant and our entire experience. How this isn't listed everywhere as a Santa Barbara must-do is a huge miss. You have to eat here!
