Outstanding dealership in every way. Never an issue with them. Highly recommended!

Check in process went quickly, friendly and smooth. The wait time was good for the time of day. Then it ended with friendly service leaving the bay area in a freshly washed car.

Great leasing experience. We had a low-key, no pressure salesman who was knowledgeable and understood immediately our needs and requirements. Paperwork, pickup, and transactions were a snap. Couldn't ask for a smoother or more seamless leasing experience. We'll be back for the next vehicle.

The service dept. is horrific. Go in for a simple oil change and it takes 2 hours!! Any of the GM or Chrysler dealer will have you in and out in in less than an hour. This is not the first time I have had this type of service. Do not think that if you make and appointment it will change anything. I have tried that approach also.

Everything you hate about car dealership is present here. Condescending salesman and argumentative financial personnel all in suits and ties. I ended up purchasing a car at an out-of-state dealership instead of dealing with these clowns. Even with a $600 shipping fee, I still spent thousands of dollars less than the "deal" that these jokers offered. They are so myopic about A/Z/X plans, that they don't know how to put the customer first - I recommend dealing with a dealership from a state that doesn't have many Ford employees. Even though this dealership is convenient to my workplace, I will not use their service department after reading the reviews here - and definitely will never buy a new/used car from these greedy you know whats.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! From start to finish. First time I've ever been to a dealer service garage: I was guided in the service Doors with one wave above this guys head, like I should know to pull all the way in ready or not. Then I thought I had to get out and check in because I had called days ahead for a "required appointment" to fix a factory recall. I was stopped short and told to stay in the car. a woman came and asked why I was there and then proceeded to take pics all around the car and said follow me to this desk. I asked if I could wait for the recall to be replaced and she said no. I then told her i would need the complementary shuttle home. She has me sign in on a clip board and go back out to the garage area where I sit by an open door listening to them vacuum cars for an hour and a half when my cell rings and she says you can come back and pick up your car I said I'm looking right at you because I'm still here waiting for the complementary ride home that NEVER came- I then go to her desk and she said" I looked in the waiting room for you and didn't see you" I said " the waiting room you said I couldn't wait in because I HAD TO TAKE THE COMPLEMENTARY RIDE HOME? And she then walked away and I assumed I was going to my car when she opened another door and said I had to see a cashier. I went to he cashier who looked at me and said "last name" (RUDE!) I told her and she gave me a sheet of paper and just looked at me- I said "are we done here?" And she said yes. I asked if my keys were in the car, and she said yes. I then walked out.
I WILL NEVER BE BACK. the one star I left is because they washed my car🙄

Horrible Dealership. Dealership under a remodel and it was a dangerous environment. After waiting 25 minutes for the service associates to check in the night drop off vehicles, (why not come in 30 minutes early and process night drop before dealership opens??) I finally had a service associate approach my vehicle. I was told that there is a back up in repairs and it may be a few days before my vehicle would even be looked at. They wanted to know if I was OK with that before starting paperwork. No, I wasn't OK with it but I couldn't repair the vehicle myself. The service associate filled out my paperwork and directed me to the waiting area to sign a log for a ride home. When I went into the waiting room it was a dangerous situation. There were construction workers on ladders RIGHT next to customers sitting in chairs. There was one table open for me to sit at but again a ladder with a construction worker was RIGHT next to the table. How is this acceptable. I walked out of the waiting room and waited near the sign in sheet for a ride. I continued to watch the circus in the service garage. Customers angry that cars would sit at the dealer for days before being looked at. Ford NOT offering rental cars for warranty work. My car was warranty work, they had it at the dealer for 11 days and a rental car was offered only at a cost to me. Apparently at Ford you have to PAY at time of purchase for rental cars. We are a GM family and General Motors offers FREE rentals on cars that have warranty work. However, this was a company car that I brought to this dealer and my company ended up providing me with a loaner car. I have learned that this dealer is all about the money and not the safety or customers satisfaction. I can't not recommend this dealer.

I was at this location a few weeks ago looking at a car i seen online. The test drive went great but I wanted to use the car for a few days to see if I really liked it. I went to pick it up a few days later and it wouldn't start. So they put a new battery in and the salesman said he wanted to keep it to make sure there was no issues with the car. So 2 days later they drove it out to me. I live 45 minutes away. So I kept the car for 3 days and loved it. So I bought the car and had a great experience. They treat you like family and don't talk to you like a dirty used car salesman. I would recommend this dealership to people of all ages who are looking for a great car from great people.

Horrible..I got a flat time on my commute to work and handled everything already from the claim for my warranty etc.All I asked was they would make sure my 9 month pregnant self would have a shuttle to back to my job and they failed miserably in that aspect. I waited 30 min before I asked for my keys back and they gentleman said he would throw a tire on and the other gentleman who apparently was in charge stated "No, I still have to verify her claim" Well I needed a damn patch and you couldn't simply make a phone call that took me 4 min to do while stranded on the expressway he couldn't do in the time frame knowing I was in a hurry and just needed a shuttle!!!! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!!

So if you plan on going to have service done on your vehicle make sure you plan to uber yourself home or have someone take you back to work place of work!!

Service department is horrid. Poorly managed and incompetent, rude overall. They messed up a simple service appointment, took days to "fix" it, and in the end my vehicle still needed repair. I asked them to fix their mistake and they said they would for more money. Will never be back and will never be purchasing another Ford.

Service is terrible they rip you off tell you that you need something when they messed up your vehicle. Stripped my oil plug and then fixed it the first time when I went to get my oil changed. I thought everything was ok but then came in after for another oil change and said I need a new oil pan because the bolt is stripped. Long story short they said it would be roughly $900. I had to then argue to the service manager to get this fixed and I told him I am not paying for it. He said he would pay half, but being strong they finally called me and said they would pay for it and fix it after I called to make a complaint. This place is a rip off don't go here for service at all. I go to Bill Brown Quick Lane. They are honest with you and don't rip you off!

This place is hit or miss. There are instances when you bring in your car here they are very friendly and provide you with all the necessary information to the point when you get your car back for whatever reason you brought it in for (oil change or some sort of repair). Other times getting information from the person who is supposed to help is like pulling teeth. It can be very difficult to talk to them let alone get what you asked for. One time I brought in my car to have my brakes changed to a new set (both front and back) and I come to find out that all they did was just inspect it. Wonderful! They didn't tell me that nor did they inform.

Other times when you drop off your car and want to know the status of something they (in my opinion) purposefully withhold information so as you wait till the end of the day and want your car back you basically just buy whatever is they are selling just so you can get your car back.

Like I said, there are times you can get such great people who really help you and other times you get someone who is trying to make a buck out of you when you don't need any changes done to your car.

    Be cautious coming here.

Great experience at Tom Holzer. We enjoy the courteous service department - they have a fabulous waiting area. They have done a great job fixing our issues. Great drop off & pick up service. Sales people are kind & were so nice to my mom when she had to wait two hours for a service with my 2 year old son.

Would love if they implemented a text messaging option to provide updates on your service.

    Thanks Tom Holzer staff!
