Very nice place but casual. Clean and friendly. Not very busy during lunch hour. Pizza soup and salad buffet plus regular menu items. Lake front view. Older crowd.

Waitress was very nice. I had the perch dinner. Expensive and not very good. Perch was a bit chewy and had little taste. Maybe overcooked? Might give the place another chance but right now in no hurry to go back.

Great pizza, tons of TVS to watch any sport on. The roof top in the summer is a great place to get a cold drink and enjoy the lake view. A staple in Hamburg for as long as I can remember.

Love eating here, bring cash if you want to eat up on the roof top with a great view of the lake and a nice breeze. The menu is different up top as well from inside so it's great to look into online so you can decide what location to eat at. The environment definitely has a relaxed but fun vibe as well as tasty and unique food options for great pricing.

Great local spot, several things on the menu are fantastic like salad pizza, toasted ravioli, etc. Live music and outdoor seating on the upper rooftop deck overlooking Zukey Lake is fun. Cocktails are not the best however, I have ordered several different kinds on several occasions. For example, a Bloody Mary comes in a tiny half-pint glass that is 70% ice a splash or vodka and then all tomato juice with no spice. If they upped their cocktail game this would be a 5 star place, still a great place to go!!

This was our 1st visit there. We drove 2 hours to have lunch there an chose outside dining. It was very hot and sunny and we asked for a table under an umbrella. Although there were several tables with umbrellas unoccupied we were told none were ready and were seated in the hot sun. When our waitress came we asked if the table next to us with an umbrella was available. She said yes and that it was in her section and allowed us to move there. After ordering drinks and an appetizer a male older manager approached us and asked how we got that table. We told him that the girl sat us there. He challenged my statement and said "No, you asked for a table with an umbrella and was NOT given one". and that the tables with umbrellas were saved for others. When I said the waitress move us he left. I saw him confront the waitress with an attitude after. The waitress brought us our appetizer (nacho supreme that was very good) but failed to bring us plates or silverware. When she came back for our main order 15 minutes later we asked for plates and utensils and finally were able to eat the now cold appetizer. For the meal my wife ordered a chicken sandwich and i ordered a bacon cheese burger that was delivered without any bacon. It took apprx 45 minutes for the 2 sandwiches and my burger without the bacon was cold. I doubt we will return. I prefer better customer service and management without an attitude

This place has great food. However the service staff needs a few lessons in proper hygiene while in front of the public. As well as not discussing personal matters in public areas. While in the establishment I witnessed a very large pregnant server picking her wedge out of her bottom and not washing her hands. The same server was playing with her hair in the dining area and picking her ears while interacting with our table. On top of this she was rude and one of the worst servers I have ever had. We also over heard this same girl talking very negatively about her co-workers. As a women with class I do not wish to repeat the awful things we overheard. Unfortunately since this visit to your establishment I have had to explain a few adult words to my minor child. When My child was asked where such thing were heard the explanation was from the waitress at dinner last Saturday. I love Zukeys but will only be ordering take out from now on.

I love Zukey! Been here frequently over the last 20+ years, and always receive great service. Its really busy on the weekends in the evening. The only time I've had to wait a long time for orders, has been on occasion when it's very busy! I like to come here on Wednesday's for their "Free T-Shirt with a Large Super Special or Large Specialty Pizza", because I love getting free tank tops! My favorite item on their menu is a tie between Salad Pizza & Chimichangas. You can dine in or out on the roof top deck, off of a limited menu & w. cash only. You can also come in by boat on the Chain Of Lakes, & hook up to their docks, just don't forget a shirt & shoes! I've had some fun times here when they have had live music!

It always been the best place to get a burger and it always will. It's amazing how much they've grown in the last 20 - odd years since I've been eating here - but have never lost the feeling of a small, family-oriented bar. Always busy, but the friendly service manages to treat you right and make you feel at home.

I love Zukey! they have high quality bar food, an officiant staff and my favorite part is the giant draft beers! I am a local and frequent this place and it is consistanly delicious!

Ordered the Supreme nachos for my girlfriend and myself, and to my surprise they were cold. On her's all the cheese was practically on one chip, while mine were completely drenched. It was like they used all cheese on mine and ran out for hers, and on top of that some of the jalapenos weren't even cut. I don't know if you've ever tried eating a whole jalapeno in your nachos, it doesn't work that well.

Wonderful food and excellent service. I highly recommend! The views are great as well. They even have a lakeside deck bar. Open starting mid spring until mid fall.

My in laws love Zukey, but I have always found it to be below average bar food. The beer selection is good. Not a bad spot to watch sports and have a drink, but I would eat elsewhere.
