He showed me all the perks of Malibu and I love it. They even had a driver come pick me up in Fort Wayne, Indiana to take me to their dealership! I was very please with the outcome of my visit, and with my purchase!
My salesman Andrew Martin, was very helpful and upfront with us the entire time.
We had visited another Dealership and was SO displeased, and frankly just about ready to quit, or purchase a vehicle that we DID NOT want. I contacted Andrew and asked him if he would please take a look at what we could afford, yet trying to stay inline with our needs as well.
To our great surprise and pleasure, he found us a vehicle that was within our budget, yet pretty much exactly what we were looking for from the beginning!!
We bought a 2015 Dodge Journey, with low mileage and the items we wanted with it, and have been nothing but satisfied!!
Thank you Tom Ahl for helping us make this purchase, and thank you to Andrew for NOT making us feel low or discouraged about our situation, rather making us feel like we MATTERED!!
I guess it truly IS true and a huge plus and blessing, working with a Christian business, and salesman!!

My mom and I had the best experience with this dealerships body shop! We are passing through Ohio going to Tennessee, we're from Michigan, and we happened to get a flat! We spent an hour at Walmart and unfortunately, they didn't have the lug nut key for my mom's Chrysler 200. I had called this dealership to check the hours for the next day, Memorial Day Weekend, and Bill Cook answered. He had asked me to call him back so he was able to see if anyone happened to be at the Body Shop that could help us tonight instead of waiting the next day. Luckily when I called Bill, he told me Tyler Downing was working and would be able to fix our tire!

When we got there, Tyler hoisted the car up and after taking off the bad tire, he checked the rest and noticed the back driver's tire had a nail in it. He went out of his way to fix both tires and change the special lug nuts so we wouldn't have this problem again.

We've never met kinder people who were willing to help us so late! I will happily go out of my way to visit this dealership again because of the customer service! Thank you for helping so we can continue our trip!!

Scott Trigilio was our salesperson. He was great, walked us though a couple of different cars, and made a great recommendation on the car we bought based on our needs. He made it very easy and surprisingly fast.

I would recommend not only Scott but also Tom Ahl for all your car buying needs. I have lived in Columbus for the last few years and was very pleasantly surprised with not only the amazing show rooms but the great selection of cars.

My wife and I came into Tom Ahl after looking online at a couple of vehicles on their website. We decided that those vehicles weren't actually what we were looking for at this time.
The gentleman that was helping us Mark Gordon Jr asked if he could make a suggestion after our decision to pass on what we saw online.
He pointed out a 2017 Buick which my wife had a similar Buick years ago and always loved.
I expected the price to be extremely high due to being a 2017 but it wasn't much more than the used vehicles we were looking at.
Mark not only took the time to let us go through the 2 vehicles we saw online and drive them, but then made a suggestion that made us very happy and now we own it.

I had been looking for a car after my last one took a turn for the worse. I looked a little online and had a general idea of what I wanted to get. I came in to the dealership and met with Scott. I had a specific car in mind, and I checked it out. It wasn't bad, and while I was out, Scott was evaluating other cars that he thought fitted my needs and lifestyle. Sure enough, I ended up buying a car I didn't even know existed because it fit all my criteria. Scott went above and beyond helping me find something, and he didn't try to sell me on one car like other salesman do. He was polite, he was friendly, and he really made buying a car feel relatively simple. If you are in the market for a new car, I'd highly recommend him to help you find the right car for you.
