Well stocked showroom with just about anything you could think of or need. They have some cool new products that I haven't even seen before. Staff is always ready to help find you something and if they don't have it they can get it for you within a week with no shipping costs. I'm not really from around this area but if I need something for my RV I will be coming here!

I have spent my last dollar at Phillips. They put new fabric on my awning but they rotated the latch assembly 180 degrees when they put it back together. They assembled my awning incorrectly and now want to charge me $43 to adjust it. Bad Business Practices

We worked on our pop-up converter for almost two weeks!!! New part just could not install it because wires were different from the old ones. Had an electrician come to our place and sent us to Phillips Happy Hollow and said they could do it. Well, I did'nt think they would get us in on the 3rd of July (4th being the next day). I was so happy when my husband called and they said get it here as soon as you can! Our Kids all come home this weekend with their babiesWe need sleeping spcae! Mike and Kevin worked for at least 1.5 hours and got it right! Very friendly people in store front and out back! Thank You So Much, Bill and Sherry Woodward

Our tongue jack went on our rv. We have cwcare and were going to get rv fixed utilizing our pkg. After being on hold and having customer service "help" from our extended service warranty people, we called happy hollow and spoke with their csr Dan. He was Awesome! Saved us a hundred bucks and lots of grief..he is my hero for saving our vacation!
