I want to talk about the cabins and the new leather areas. The remodeling was very good but the place is empty even weekends . It's so big placed that people are scattered everywhere. The price is very high and people who were more willing to have contact (Tops ). Place is now : a few people looking for the same. Owner need reduce size and price.

I actually never even been in the store, just happened to be passing and looked it up. Read reviews, and honestly (I hope the owner sees this) i dont even want to check it out. From the reviews I read i rather avoid even being discriminated against, that sucks. Especially when you are spending your money. So owner, whoever you are, you might want to reevaluate your employees because they are definitely going to run customers away. Doesn't matter if it's a family business or whatever the case may be. You guys might want to work on that. Because there are folks like myself who read reviews before spending their hard earned money in an establishment. Hopefully there's a better adult store in Atlanta that is much more welcoming

I purchased to very large dildo from the store. The Dildo was in a sealed container so i thought it was new. Once I get home I open my new toy to try it out. BOOM was I in shock, The dildo has stains on it as if it was used and smelled. After examining the container I could tell is was a used dildo. I am very upset.

Not only was I accused of stealing, I was made to be searched at the front of the store IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. There were other customers that made the alarm go off and they were not searched. I cannot help but think this happened to me because I'm Black. The staff gave me some lame excuse about their store owner getting on their case about not addressing the store alarm going off and he watches the cameras. Of course, I didn't steal anything and on to add to the situation an undercover cop came inside at the same time with his hand on his waist as if he was preparing to draw his weapon. Instead of asking the customer to go to the office or an area out of the way, they searched me and went through my purse in front of everyone. They also threatened to call the police if I didn't comply to being searched. Never have I EVER been disrespected in such a way by ANY establishment. They have me a gift card for my hard time. I will not be using it, I threw it away. I will not EVER patronize this establishment again and I'm contacting their owner and district manager about this.

No security at all at this place and that made my experience there a little scary having guys think they could do whatever to me but outside of the security issue and the locker issue with them not have locks on the locker door the club itself is cooool asf it's nice and dark I would recommend them fixing up the floors but yea I had fun

I went tonight and the worker was rude she had long hair. Acted as if she didn't want to touch my hand or even put bag in my hand let alone the money . I got no hey welcome in fact it was my first time and I spent 45 min looking by myself because no one asked and it was only 5 people in the store customer wise . I even asked for help asked a few questions I received an half ass answer and no help. Also, when she run me up she stood there and had a whole conversation with my item in her hand before even ringing me up I won't be going here again

Upstairs : largest selection and great pricing for all adult stuff
Downstairs: lots of video porn, some private booths, some with holes in wall . Lots of older guys who will pitch or catch. Some good looking young men, some cd's and trannies, but more rare. My family didn't feel warm or welcome the staff seam aggressive about asking for our private personal items. We had bad experiences. We usually shop in buckhead but this place seem to treat us like little people and they we're not warm and caring. They asked for our personal belongings befor we could even see the sign saying leave all bags at the desk. We are disable felt nervous to be there as if we were looked down on. My family and I noticed another women who still had her personal belongings and they did not ask her for her property. We felt discrimination I'm not sure if it was because we were just coming from the gym and had our fitness outfits on but this was a bad first impression.What about privacy laws idk what type of thing was happening but we felt our privacy infringed upon. They asked for our purses which is not a shopping bag it's personal private property .All people don't still I dont know if it was the tone of our skin I'm mixed heritage women.The manager was unprofessional and non caring to us once we stated how uncomfortable we felt as customers we did state our concerns and asked to get information on the owner she stated she couldn't give out the owners name but only email. This felt so bad I felt so sad and I am a big money spender I also am a artist recording artist and blogger . My opinion and point of view is extremely large with my community. My first experience coming from LasVegas to this place was horrible embarrassing.I feel they could step up there customer care and care about individuals and think if you look a certain way may still. We felt horrible in Buckhead we never experienced any low treatment like this place. I have celebrity friends that trust my word of mouth and I'm a content creator so I'm extremely disappointed that this was my first impression of this stor. I am a heiress who spend big big cash on what I want and on gifts and events do to lose me as a potential customer may not have been great because before I could spend anything I did have this degrading experience. Customer service is everything I should know have lived in LasVegas working on the strip at a resort I'm not impressed with the quality of care .

Might as well be a underground gay sex club. Has a video store in the basement with holes in the wall to allow people to have sex. Walked in to just watch videos and you wouldn't believe the people coming and sticking their wieners in the wall

It's a cool place with a big inventory. You should definitely be able to find what you're looking for here, but they do not have a return policy and the dumbasses do not give customers the receipt/prof of purchase in order for us to get use our product's warranty. Stupid.

just bought some cute lingerie today, was excited about wearing itsince it was a lacy and mesh bodysuit & you cant try it on in the store. i didnt realize it had a hole in it until i got homei called to tell them about it as i purchased the item an hour ago & they said they cant offer me an exchange or refund. will not ever be shopping there again.
