  I shop here a lot and my daughter broke her Pandora bracelet I did not have the receipt but the owner and his wife gave my daughter a new bracelet with no hassle

  I had a problem with my pandora bracelet 4 days after my husband had puschsed it. I went in to Dior and they assisted me promptly and made sure I left satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service.

  Very nice people. I had a ring that was way too big for my finger and needed a smaller size so I called this store to ask if they would exchange it for me and the man that helped was very kind and let me come in that day to get the right size.
